Had the misfortune of trying to work with Bobby Jo Burns at Centennial last year when we were buying a house in Niceville. She is dishonest and incompetent.

The bank employees along with their manager Carol and their customer service manager Lisa are always polite while having the willingness to correct or help a customer anyway they can. Customer service is a lost art these days however not at this Destin branch.
