Amazing and super kind workers, their fudge is amazing and my third time visiting destin! I always drool at the thought of coming to get chocolate, ice cream and souvenirs from this cute candy shop, MUST TRY!!!

Poor Customer Service! Bought about $52 worth of “not bads” and some other confectioneries. However, the cashier never said hello, never said thank you, and never even looked at me the entire time - her attitude was that of “I don’t care,” and almost felt vindictive towards us! I guess I could be equally mean to her as she couldn’t quite understand the simple request of 4x milk chili ate not bads w/ salt, and 1x dark chocolate not bad w/ salt.. However, I didn’t reciprocate.. Additionally, it was as if we were bothering her. I even mentioned out loud to my wife that the customer service was horrible (the cashier and other worker didn’t seem to care) as we were departing. I’ll likely be back because of the good chocolates, but I certainly don’t have to endure the poor attitude and poor service like we received today! Please address this, perhaps imparting on your workers that the entire reason they are at the shop is to provide a service/product to the customers that visit and purchase, thereby enabling them to be profitable or have a revenue stream.. Even a smile, a hello, or a simple thanks goes a long way. Just my two cents!

This is a very good place for caramel apples and other sweet treats, like supersize gummy's, jellybeans, and all the chocolate treats. I would recommend you stop and go in. You won't regret eating the sweet treats from the Candymaker.

I wanted to browse longer inside this location, but it was colder inside than it was outside!! The tips of my fingers turned blue! Definitely have to come during the day.

I purchased two caramel apples with nuts. The caramel was extremely tough with a weird taste. I’m thinking we were given two that were old.

Today we paid a visit to the candy store, as we do every year on our annual visit to Sandestin. Upon entering the store we were never greeted, even after saying hello to the solo worker, the reason we were not greeted the worker was having a deep conversation on the phone. We continued to browse the store and get our selections ready. When we were ready to place our order the worker was still on the phone. She finally told whomever she was talking to that she had customers, three times before hanging up. She finally hung up and proceeded to tell us she was on the phone with the owner and that the owner is a long talker. We were not happy with the customer service we received. Will we be back? Yes because it is an annual tradition, But we definitely should receive better customer service as should everyone who enters

I got a blended Affogato, that the worker was so kind to do for my sister and I even though she was closed. It was so good! The store was open an hour after closing which is so generous given the busy night :) Such a cute little shop with lots of options to choose from.

This place definitely looks cool inside and had a variety of sweets for everyone but it looks better than it tasted unfortunately. I tried a little bit of everything and was sorely disappointed. Not a single item stood out to me. It tasted old and chalky. To add insult to injury, the girl at the register was so disengaged and unenthusiastic, I felt like giving her my business was nothing but annoyance for her. Everything here is also very expensive. Save your money and get your sweet fix elsewhere.
