The majority of the staff were rude and not helpful.
The process was quick and easy. Keep in mind that everything costs separately. Clothing, shoes, accessories, hearts, bags, condo, voice memo, etc. All separate and individually priced.
The bear turned out super cute, and we had a voice memo added to it. It's absolutely wonderful!! For the bear and voice memo only (no clothes, no accessories, no heart, etc), it was almost $40. We bought an outfit separately on Amazon and dressed the bear afterward.

My wife and I took our 4 year old here for his first build a bear to celebrate his birthday. My son was so excited to create his first puppy and talked about it all morning. However this experience was the worst. The worker Alex definitely did not want to be there. She was outside with another store employee next door complaining of being to work so early. Then we walked in for me to then have to ask what to do. She was not smiling or engaging on the experience. I had to ask about the certificate, never helped or made sure we had the build a bear experience. If you are working at this establishment, you should hire employees that want to make the child happy or their day. Would not recommend anyone come to this store for a build a bear with their child and will not be coming back.

Lori and lily were so fantastic in celebrating my step daughter for her 6th bday. They were helpful and cheery when greeting at first open! Great place for memories

Looked up availability of the highland cow on your website, and it stated available in your Destin location ,unfortunately it was not available nor will it be for 2 more weeks per your in house staff, glad I wasted my time and the trip, if you don't have it available don't post it, false advertising is not appreciated nor is the waste of my time, thanks for nothing and I wish you have to explain it to the person who was to be surprised

Nice shop but not enough employees to help with the crowds. The lady that was running the cash register was not polite and had a very rude attitude.

Local: Went to BAB in the commons for the first time with my 1.5 year old. Upon entering the store we received ZERO greeting from any of the 5 staff members. I was browsing bears with my child and she picked out the reindeer, at which point one staff person walked over looked at me and said “a reindeer, really?” This was irritating but I wanted to have a nice time with my child. So we kept browsing. Finally we decided on the deer and looked around for what was next.. again zero guidance. So I went to the counter where the staff was huddled talking and said “hi this is our first time here, we don’t know what we are doing” to which one responded “just get in line over there, she will explain it all”. So we got in line and received the cold shoulder from the girl stuffing the bear, we had to prompt her to let my child kiss and stuff her own heart in the bear. Needless to say this whole experience was off putting and very rude. We will not be back to visit this BAB.

Went there 2 days after my daughter’s second birthday on 12/27, to do her birthday bear. Got told I needed a bonus bear account to do it and that I’d receive an email for the birthday promotion and once we got that email we can do the birthday bear, that they needed the barcode from the email to scan.I made the account in the parking lot and then left.After checking the email for 2 weeks I finally went on customer support and they said that this email doesn’t exist and that they just check my account and I should have been able to do it same day and that now since it’s January we are not able to do it any longer.

Took our BAB to be fixed as the stitching came loose. The employee did it happily and very fast. My son loves looking at everything.

Came here to build a bear for my aunt. Not a single soul greeted me nor offered help. Their employees seem like they're in pain all the time, I even felt bad for them.This location have a good variety so that's good.They changed the voice things and now the sound is so low we can't even hear it.
