I will NOT shop at this store! “Kylie” is rude, unprofessional and argumentative. She needs some customer service / compassion training. I have called the corporate office about her nasty sarcastic tone she had with me as a customer. I own Brighton items but I refuse to spend a penny at this location as long as Kylie works in this store. When I left yesterday afternoon I went to Mccaskall & Company who truly knows how to treat a customer. Kylie needs to also learn how to be less judgmental it was very obvious in the way she even treats other employees. There was a very sweet lady who was clearly afraid to do anything without Kylie’s approval. This employee had helped me choose a bracelet for my sister in laws birthday. I chose not to make a purchase due to Kylie’s terrible attitude with me and employees. Honestly she might need to find a new career path….her hostile attitude does not belong in public retail.

Don’t waste your money on this place. Their jewelry is not worth their prices at all. Barely had a necklace for a year and it was so discolored and tarnished and I never wore it in water or anything crazy. I had to take it back in twice to get repaired within the year warranty to fix it and they still didn’t repair the tarnished clasp section. It also took them 5 weeks each time and they refused to replace it with a new one. I have $10 necklace chains that have held up better than the $50 ones they have. Never shopping there again.

I've been a big fan of Brighton accessories for many years. They have classic, sophisticated, and timeless selection of styles that never go out of date. The ladies at this location always make me feel welcome.

I will not ever shop at the Destin location again. Today, I had my second bad experience there with the same sales person. I went in to use a Destin Commons gift card and she would not honor it. The Destin Commons website clearly states that Brighton accepts it but she would not. (I walked down to Victoria's Secret where they cheerfully took it!) I also had a negative experience with that same associate after Christmas. Very disappointing since Brighton is one of my all time favorite places to shop!
