Employee named Jay scammed me into a subscription (free trial).
She COMPLETELY did NOT mention a free trial until AFTER she signed me up. Also she kept mentioning that it was free. She said “oh and before I forget you can cancel the free trial when you get an email later.” And when I asked her if it was a subscription she said “Oh sorry, should I have mentioned that?”
Asked if I could cancel right away and was told there’s no way to cancel on their end. HUGE SCAM. Came back again later to try and cancel and she covered her mess up so poorly and was clearly anxious. Manager covered it up too. If I get charged I will sue.
