Ann was one of the sweetest people I’ve had the experience of encountering on this trip. I so badly wanted to find a small jewelry shop with unique items and because it’s Feb most things are closed for the season. My husband and I were walking the boardwalk and she just happened to be cleaning her shop. My husband asked her if she was open and she very kindly let us in and showed us around. She took the time to explain each piece and we learned a lot about her history and the history of the pieces. I’m so very glad we found this shop today, it made my trip ☺️

Nice store. I found the lady easy to deal with not sure why others found her rude. She has unique items not found at Alvin's Island. Worth a stop.

Extremely snide lady behind the counter today. I walked right out the store, horrible place do not waste your time here. Unfriendly service = no money I will tell people not to come here it is not a healthy environment to be surrounded in.

We’re were in the shop a few weeks ago. My twin daughters each got a bracelet. One of my daughters accidentally left her bracelet in the Atlanta airport bathroom when washing her hands on our return trip home. I contacted the store to see if we could get a replacement shipped to us. The owner went above and beyond to help us. She texted me several times. When she realized the bracelet was out of stock she ordered more and then sent me the exact one in the mail. My little girl opened it up just now and was so excited. That ladies and gentleman is excellent customer service. It was an inexpensive bracelet that meant a great deal to a little girl and her mamma. We will be back next year for sure

We were there 2 days ago. My 72 year old mother was looking at their merchandise when she dropped her yeti cup with just a little ice on the floor next to the door. It wasn’t a big spill at all. My mother apologized several times and offered to take care of the clean up, but “Paula” said she would do it and then told my mother to get out of her way. Careful if you have a nickel allergy. They falsely personally advertise that they sell nickel free jewlery. Will have your ears red with allergy in minutes. Refused to refund money.
