Absolutely the best! I have been coming here for a couple of years. I absolutely love Krisy! She is so professional and friendly which relaxes you immediately. She is not pushy or “salesy”, but makes recommendations based on your needs! Her facials are spectacular and I always feel beautiful throughout the process, not to mention the arm massage is amazing at the end! I 100% recommend using her for your skincare needs!

My husband and I got the couples massage for our honeymoon. I had Ron, and he had Krisy. Soooo relaxing and they both did an amazing job. 100% will come back when we come back to Destin in the future. They are both so sweet as well and make sure you feel at home, offer you drinks, and surround you with a welcoming and clean environment. Thank you for making our honeymoon special!

I just got an amazing facial from Krisy. I have multiple areas of skin damage from being deployed in the Middle East and she has done an amazing job of revitalizing my skin, lessening the damage, and making my skin look youthful and radiant. She is so knowledgeable and caring. She deserves 10 stars!

I have been using Krisy at Beverly Hills Day Spa since 2004. There were a few times I ventured out to other local "resort spas" and always returned back to Krisy. She is genuine in her work and her concern for her clients and their well being. In fact, I just had another facial & massage Friday and I must say, after a week back home with family, I was major stressed out. By the time I left Krisy, I felt like a new woman again. Revived, refreshed, relaxed and now ready to take on my next challenge life has for me! She is by far the best I have ever experienced and I plan to continue seeing her for those "special needs" and pampering (and let me tell you, she does pamper her clients!) as often as possible. Thank you Krisy for always making me feel like a Princess and so blessed each time I need to see you!!

If I could give this spa, zero stars I would. My daughter bought me a Hollywood spa treatment so I finally have time to go on November 14, 2022. Everything was great except for the facial. The very next day my my eyes were swollen shut. My face was red and blotchy. I took a picture right away, but I wanted to give it another day because I wasn't sure what was really going on as I never had a facial before. The next day came same exact thing ice, swollen, where it was even painful underneath my eyes so I called the spa and I talk to the owner Chrissy to let her know what I've been experiencing right away. She became very defensive, insisting that she did nothing wrong. I must have sensitive skin and I asked her what kind of products she used. She insisted they were all organic, and I needed to give it another 3 to 4 days. so I took her advice and gave it another 3 to 4 days and during these 3 to 4 days I was taking Benadryl twice a day because I was thinking maybe I could be having some kind of allergic reaction to whatever it was that she was using organic or not. every day I took pictures of my face, my eyes and even my neck was starting to be affected as well, so on the following Wednesday which would've been one week since I had the facial done I went to the ER and explain to the doctors about my facial, the previous Wednesday. As soon as they examined me, the immediately said, I was not having an allergic reaction that this was a chemical burn and it didn't matter that she was using organic products. It is still a chemical burn. They did say that it would heal. It would just probably take another week or so. So, since then I've been trying to get in touch with her by calling her almost every day. I always got her answering machine, so I think she blocked my number because I called her from a different phone today which is Friday, December 9 and yes, what she finally answered the phone. I was just trying to explain to her what the doctor said and she got very condescending very aggressive saying she's been doing this for 20 years. She did nothing wrong and so I asked her since she's been doing this 20 years and she didn't believe this was a chemical burn, what is her opinion what caused the burn on my face and she insisted it wasn't from anything that she did. It probably happened somewhere else. Then she kept repeating over and over again you signed a waiver preventing you from suing me so I'll have my attorney send you the copy of the waiver. I said ok please have them send me a copy. First of all I never even mentioned anything about a lawsuit she kept going there. My intention was never to sue her but I felt she needed to maybe even just offer me back the amount of the gift card that I used that day plus the extra $40 she charged me because prices increased since the gift card was purchased lol really???? I thought that would of been fair to ask, I wasn't even going to ask for the 50 that I tipped her 2 employees for the pedicure and massage because they were great!However I wasn't even given the chance because she hung up on me lol. I feel what's best is just to write this review and post the pictures of what this woman did to my face. Chrissy the owner is very unprofessional and very rude. I just took a screenshot of the text she just sent me. One of the things she stating in her text is that it's been three weeks. I texted her back and let her know. I understand it's been three weeks, but I also have phone records to show that I've been calling her almost every day since my ER diagnosis of the chemical burn and I always got her voicemail, so yeah the only reason she answered the phone today is because I called her from a different phone number because, like I stated earlier, it seems like she block my number. Thank God for phone records and technology. I can't believe this woman she lies and doesn't want to take any responsibility for what she did to my face. Unbelievable! Update to the response from the owner Crissy. I�

I had a Hydrafacial done by Krisy and the experience was amazing. During the Hydrafacial she would explain what the products were and what they would do to my face. This would help me to determine what products to purchase for my face to look better for the future. She made my face look and feel wonderful and it had a radiant look to it too!! I already set up my next appointment to do another Hydrafacial with Krisy and look forward to the appointment.

I've been coming here for months for the Absolute Best massages and facial for a day at the spa...the best of relaxations second to none. One of my Top Favorite places- I wouldn't want to ever go anywhere else (even though I live outside of Destin). Krisy is very amazing for a business owner- super professional, such a clean business, treats me like a king and the services are just phenomenal. Hands down for best massages and facial I've ever had in 20 years while traveling the world. Look forward to trying the many other services in the future. Update: Started "Hollywood Package" and added pedicure, manicure and teeth whitening monthly to the services which are all wonderful for additions to have done.
