Lot of great tech and up to date tech the staff is extremely attentive and did a great job answering any concerns I had in any particular department and they seemed extremely knowledgeable about the products in their particular departments

I called in looking for an apple macbook charger and they said they had them in stock which is actually harder to find than you would think! Upon walking in we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance and was pointed to the right direction. We were helped right away and got what we needed. Phenomenal customer service!!

Lady that I asked for help was nice. The store itself needs a bit of TLC. There were a few empty shelves that had missing products. Prices were fair enough. This location is just slightly more run down than other locations I've been to before.

WARNING: Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time and pay double for items you can get cheaper elsewhere.
My husband and I came to the Destin Best Buy to purchase appliances. Before we drove to the store we called BB customer service to inquire about their price match guarantee and details on the delivery/installation dates. Customer service told all the details we needed and that we could price match in store.
We drove and got stuck in nearly 2 hours of destin traffic to come into the store to not be greeted or helped despite putting our name in the que for assistance multiple times. We wandered around the appliance section for over 45 minutes. I asked numerous employees for assistance and every one of them refused then said to put out names in the que by using the QR code. I informed them we had multiple times and they continually deleted us from the que with not a single employee stopping by to look.
I asked for a manager and was told they were busy, but someone would come assist us soon. Right as we were about to leave a guy came over to help us with our purchase. We told him the models/colors etc. that we wanted, told him we were price matching, and picked a delivery date.
We asked about the price match. He asked to see then told us that it can’t be price matched, but that we can get a $50 gift card for each appliance bought. This location was price gouging and had their appliances nearly $500 more than what was listed on the actual Best Buy website. We informed him that customer service stated they’d honor the price match which is the entire reason we came and that the prices were higher than the BB website. He wouldn’t even price match the actual Best Buy website and said there’s nothing he can do… that it was “policy”. We took our business elsewhere and are never coming back to this location.
This is honestly the WORST Best Buy I’ve ever been to. The Destin location has the worst customer service and the laziest employees. Do yourself a favor, save your time, money, and sanity by shopping literally anywhere else.

I spent a lot of time on the phone with customer service and Best Buy told me that they would price match a washer and dryer set that Samsung had a deal for. This was a lie as we drove 45 minutes to the Best Buy and when seen by the sales representative they said they do not price match manufacturer discounts. I was offered a $100 discount even though they are charging $500 more than the discounted price. I do not appreciate false ploys to get me in the door and waste my time.

After a nightmare ordeal with appliances at destin lowes it was a relief to have shopped here. Very knowledgable staff with even better prices than most stores in the area.

Geek Squad never showed. No call, no response to texts, nothing. This was after paying $100 for the appointment. After spending hours on the phone, no satisfaction. We’re returning the item and will never shop there again. ?

If you want to randomly look around they are much better about it now than they have been in previous years. The store has a good layout. Pricing is online competitive while still getting to try out the goods.
