This business should be ashamed of themselves.
The way they house their hermit crabs is absolutely cruel. Leaving them out to die like that.
If the business owners and staff had any sense, they'd research the care and living conditions that these creatures require in order to survive.
Or do the world a favor, and stop torturing these animals altogether. Leave the sale and rehoming of them to people with some sense.
Disgusting, Beachzone. Disgusting.

Please do not support a business that exploits animals. Hermit crabs are so misunderstood and abused in the ‘pet’ industry. The conditions that they keep their hermies in is appalling. They are amazing creatures. Painted shells are toxic. And they need substrate and healthy food.

Came to this store x2 days in a row just for them to be closed 1.5 hour ahead of scheduled closing time. Update your hours please. Super annoying.

Went here a few times during our stay, hands down the BEST prices around. We bought hermit crabs and staff asked my daughter if she would like to help them set the tank up. Store was very clean and organized. Will be back on our next vacay!!

My favorite shop I’ve been to down here. I didn’t get the guy’s name, but he was very friendly and welcomed us as soon as we walked in and made good conversation. They had a variety of stuff for a good price too. I recommend coming here!
