The customer service at this location was nonexistent. Visited this location twice this week and was treated like I was a nuisance for coming in. I called and asked for a manager and when I went to confirm that I was speaking with one, Phil said "thats what you asked for isnt it?" so I guess this is learned behavior.

Nice Bass Pro Shop in Destin Florida ! I think my favorite one out of all the ones I have visited from South Carolina down to Florida is Tennessee!! They all seem about the same, but they are really nice in Tennessee and it seems well stocked .
