I like the way the online banking works but people in customer service calls are very bad most of the time and automated calls have a very bad service too.

Service is bad here on a regular. The workers are not really helpful, usually they are exhausted for seeing customers coming inside. I don’t think this branch represents the company well.

We had a great experience at this BoA branch! Shannon was extremely accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable when we walked in without an appointment to setup a Trust. She was attentive and answered all of our questions. This was after attempting unsuccessfully at 3 other separate local banks the same day.I’ve never used BoA, before (lifelong Chase), but that will change going forward. Thank you!

I open a business account today with Ms Zina Ofitserova and her Service was excellent....she made it so simple and easy for us to understand....costumer service at its best

ATM took my money. Went inside to get help and was told to deposit the cash inside. BUT the ATM still had some of my money. Vanessa Maldonado told me to deposit what I had and to contact customer service via 1800# to get remaining money back through dispute. This was COMPLETELY WRONG. We were on vacation and now I can’t get my money back because of her incompetence and laziness.

On vacation and went to this bank at 5:30 a.m. to get cash. ATM in front was broken so I went to the one in the drive thru. It took my card and would not give it back. I was left on vacation with no card. I went after my trip to get my card when the bank was open but the card had been shredded. I was lucky to find a Wells Fargo to get cash. Wells Fargo was very helpful. I wouldn't recommend Bank of America if it was the last bank on earth, I would keep my money in my mattress!!!

Is this branch busy? Absolutely! But the staff is really excellent, Had an appointment with Zina and she got my business all set up. Excellent choice for business banking. Making an appointment would be a great idea. I would trust any of the staff with my needs.

I know I opened a bank account and they done messed up my pin and now they won't give me my pin and nobody will answer the phone I mean this bank is ridiculous how can you do business if you can't answer the phone there's no use ignoring customers that spend the foot $4 million dollars in your bank account but I tell you like this but the 4 million will go to another bank soon as possible I'm not sitting here dealing with this Bank the CEO will not get back to you nobody will and the online people they only stuck on certain things and all from the foreign country they can't speak English half the time

The worst service of my life seriously, the employer Elizabeth is the most incompetent worker I have seen in a long time, she simply did not want to help with a problem in a family account that I had to solve by calling myself, I do not understand how in person is more difficult than by phone

This bank is so annoying. EVERY time I come here there's one teller, and she takes up to ten minutes per person she serves. I've been trying get my pin number fixed for OVER a month with no luck!. They are rude and extremely slow. I've been banking with BOA for at least yrs. I'm switching ASAP and I don't suggest anyone waste their valuable time
