ATM took my money. Went inside to get help and was told to deposit the cash inside. BUT the ATM still had some of my money. Vanessa Maldonado told me to deposit what I had and to contact customer service via 1800# to get remaining money back through dispute. This was COMPLETELY WRONG. We were on vacation and now I can’t get my money back because of her incompetence and laziness.

Is this branch busy? Absolutely! But the staff is really excellent, Had an appointment with Zina and she got my business all set up. Excellent choice for business banking. Making an appointment would be a great idea. I would trust any of the staff with my needs.

I know I opened a bank account and they done messed up my pin and now they won't give me my pin and nobody will answer the phone I mean this bank is ridiculous how can you do business if you can't answer the phone there's no use ignoring customers that spend the foot $4 million dollars in your bank account but I tell you like this but the 4 million will go to another bank soon as possible I'm not sitting here dealing with this Bank the CEO will not get back to you nobody will and the online people they only stuck on certain things and all from the foreign country they can't speak English half the time

This bank is so annoying. EVERY time I come here there's one teller, and she takes up to ten minutes per person she serves. I've been trying get my pin number fixed for OVER a month with no luck!. They are rude and extremely slow. I've been banking with BOA for at least yrs. I'm switching ASAP and I don't suggest anyone waste their valuable time

The worst service of my life seriously, the employer Elizabeth is the most incompetent worker I have seen in a long time, she simply did not want to help with a problem in a family account that I had to solve by calling myself, I do not understand how in person is more difficult than by phone

Worst bank I have ever deal with, first time they didn’t want to cash they check because of one letter misspelled, second time they didn’t cash it because amount was over they limit what they cash , I ask them to call owner to validate it and they answer was owner have nothing to do with that , so they don’t accept they own checks . If you have account with them you it’s up to them accept or refuse that check.

I have been a top tier customer @BOA. I have had problems here before but let it pass. Recently diagnosed with CoVid. I need checks. The website says bank is open, yet no one answers phone after several attempts. I need help but BOA doesn't offer this. The phone system sends you down a deep rabbit hole. I am so changing my account as soon as I am not on lockdown. Don't bank with them, you can do better.I wish there was a ZERO stars.

Great service- we came for notary service. Hunter did a great job. Took lots of time with us, getting papers sorted out. We were so thankful they squeezed us in between appts. I highly recommend them!

I ran inside this location today to get some change for a $100 bill. I was met by a friendly security guard to make sure I had a face mask. I had my own but he had some to offer in case I didn't. They really took the safety of their customers to heart. The teller was also kind. I had to prove that I had an account with BOA. This process was a little slow but I managed to get some change. The drive thru was closed. My experience was acceptable.
