This company does not follow Florida and Walton County Statutes. They charged us $501 for a 14 mile non consensual tow. They also attempted to make us sign a waiver that we would not hold them liable for damages which is against the statutes. But they wanted the money bad enough they didn't require we sign it once we refused. We plan to go to small claims court. They demanded cash when state law says they must accept a credit card and a check from a Florida bank. If you have been towed by them recently I would check your receipt against the statutes. Highway robbery literally! They have an "F" rating at the Better Business Bureau.Reply: The statute is not confusing at all and if you are "steeped in it", I find it ironic that you have violated sections of it no less than 5 times just with our tow. With respect to the BBB, I can see why you’re not a member as you consistently have an “F” rating. I would also suggest the true bottom line is you charge $501.00 to move a vehicle 14 miles, which is counter to your business which has a sign posted maximum towing fee $250. Your website has a Visa, Discover & Mastercard logo indicating you do accept credit cards. We are not disputing the vehicle was in a tow zone, we are disputing your business practices. We sent you pictures of the damage to our vehicle to which you replied you had your own photos and asked for our email (given) to send them. We have yet to receive them. It's unfortunate we can't charge you $75 for every 24 hours you do not send them.

Kory was so awesome tonight after my accident. He wasn’t even called but saw my hazards on and came by to check on me. I took his number and he came back by later to wait with us for 2 hrs for FHP to arrive. He was super friendly and helped me keep my calm about the whole situation and decisions I have to make!

Locked my keys in my car with it running on one of the coldest days in January. Fast friendly service and attention. The driver even offered for me not to come meet him and he hand delivered my keys to my 3rd floor condo so we could wait inside.

Predatory towing, this place should be ashamed of what they do. Most cases they tow illegally and charge outrageous prices to get vehicle out. Almost Christmas and you're charging $480 to get a car out that has been in your possession for 8 hours. ( honestly probably towed illegally)Plus you literally drive around hoping someone parks on the road in front of a residential area not knowing it's a non parking area. Guests don't always know they go back out a to move the cars and bam you are towing their car already. It's evil and I hope they pass laws on how much you can charge for a tow. Karma will come around. It always does Merry Christmas enjoy the money you vultures.

I had great service with auto works. Service was sent within the hour, I was helped by a man named Prince, he even tried to solve the issue on arrival for what he thought could help. He safely picked up and delivered my vehicle in bad weather. Overall great care/service. I recommend them if they are available to help others in the future.

I dont leave reviews often and I ment to do it sooner, my mother was recently visiting my Grandmother in FL , my mom isnt the most auto inclined and had some vehicle issues needing service, Mara was AMAZING! Calmed her down and provide incredible service, you sbould be proud to have her on the team , Thank you for being there when we needed you

I had to have my cat towed while I was in Florida and AutoWorks was great. They arrived quickly, and were professional. The lady on the phone, Mata, was so nice and made the process much less stressful. Highly recommend

I'm not from the area so I didn't know any companies n gambled on this one I found online. Mara took my call and was so reassuring....it felt good that being in an unfamiliar area having a nice voice getting me taken care of. She got a driver over to me within an hour. The driver did a good job getting me loaded up and down the road, even recommended a really good tire shop. Great teamwork!!!

I was out traveling and I had no idea where I was because I'm from another state. The dispatcher was so kind and patient with me. She was able to find my location and sent the best driver ever. Driver was very knowledgeable, respectful and loaded up my car without any issue. Would recommend ?? especially when your traveling alone and somethings happens call them.
