“2024- still a customer 20+ years now-Local Builder... Shannon's #1... I have worked with Ferguson for over 15 years. I can't say everything's always been perfect but they always make it right for me. Had worked with Shannon for years until she was promoted, which was well deserved. Continued to work several years with Kat until she recently retired. Very sad to see her go but even as the manager Shannon has stepped in to handle our account and has done an excellent job as always. Their supply chain is second to none. Even when my main contact is tied up all of the other sales people have always been very cordial to look up things and help assist in any way they can if I needed immediate help. Why someone would give them a low rating when they failed to call ahead and make an appointment is beyond me. I guess people mainly like to voice their opinion online when they have a complaint. I was dissatisfied with the call center call routing when I called but Shannon even fixed that for me. I would highly recommend Shannon and have dealt with other Ferguson's in different cities with equal satisfaction.”

“I must say, Michele and Melton were lifesavers! These two employees went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of patio chairs. They kept me informed as they located the chairs in boxes, had to move other merchandise to free up space to retrieve the large boxes from the top shelf in the garden center, and as they navigated the best way to get them to my car. I might add, before Michele helped me, a separate employee (female) before her seemed too busy to help and suggested I buy the chairs online. Michele was a breath of fresh air and Melton was the hero to make magic happen. My sincere thanks to Home Depot and these two wonderful employees.”
