We bought an Andrews And Blaine 1000 piece puzzle, Charles Fazzino, Manhattan Will Make You Feel Brand New. After many tedious hours we found out that five pieces were missing. How very sad !!!

I have never been to the shop but I do have one of their 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles and its great. Good solid cardboard pieces with clean cuts. Color rendering on the puzzle is a bit different than the included insert but that's to be expected.

I don't care for how all the pieces are the same, with minimal variation in shape or color. In short, we have driven ourselves crazy and we are burning it if we ever get done. PS we are seasoned puzzlers who can complete an 1000 piece puzzle within three days, with might I add minimal problems.
