My glasses snapped in half in the hotel lobby while on vacation & I was so worried I’d have to spend the rest of the time down in Florida blind…. Denise & Trevor got me in new glasses & on my way quickly & completely turned my day around! Kuddos!!!

If I could select 100 stars I would!!!! I was on vacation in Destin Florida and my contacts got messed up and i didn't have a back up pair. I went into this location and Casey French helped me tremendously!! He got on the phone with my primary America's best and got the ball rolling to where I would be approved for some contacts to help me get back home. Casey French deserves a huge recognition and he will really take care of anyone!! Thank you so much Casey!!!

This has honestly become such a trash company, no matter which location you go to. I used to go here religiously when I lived in New Jersey because if you don’t have insurance, the prices are extremely reasonable. However, the quality of the service here in Florida versus New Jersey is night and day. I’ve had appointments canceled by them the same day because the doctor wasn’t going to be there as if that’s some thing that they should not have known beforehand when I took off of work and things for this. On top of that, they apparently have no kind of system that functions properly because once you schedule an appointment, they’re going to harass you relentlessly all the way up until you actually are physically there for the appointment about insurance about confirming no matter how many times you confirm or how many times you speak to them they’re still going to text you email you and call you tons of times to the point that you’re ready to curse them out. They schedule tons of people for the same appointment time so there’s really no point in even making the appointment because you’re still gonna wait there. I make an appointment for 9:20 in the morning only to get there and see that they don’t open till 930 according to their signage, then why was I given an appointment for 920 but God forbid if I’m late for my appointment. I understand the need for places like this when you don’t have insurance but I will be taking my business to Stanton from now on because they seem to understand what good customer service actually is and Americas best has lost it somewhere along the line.

This location has no Doctors on staff I was in the area and wanted to get new glasses called them but got no call backSo drove to the location and was told they have no Doctors on staff at this time and said I could go to Wal-Mart. Why are they even opened with out a eye doctor they are paying people to just sit there and tell people to go to wal mart what a joke.

After being a customer of the Stuart, FL branch for almost 3 years they have permanently lost my business. I have been wearing contacts for a while now and I’ve never heard of a Dr requiring a followup on contacts before they can “finalize” the RX. It is a waste of everyone’s time and money. So since I have to waste my time I will be going elsewhere that won’t hold my RX hostage.

My first pair of eyeglasses and they were progressive. The staff here helped me readjust my frames a few times and even helped me order new lenses with anti-reflective coating. So helpful and kind… and patient with me as I learn. Thank you, Casey! ?

I live an hour away. Wes and Casey got it wrong twice. First time I told them I don’t want a progressive lens if I can’t see my entire computer monitor. They didn’t listen. Second time we went with intermediate range lenses with inset bifocal. Intermediate was blurry. Three trips or 6 hours of driving, still no eyeglasses and I need them so badly. No offer of discount for their mistakes. Too bad. So sad. We don’t care.
