Always supported this store but never again. Asked their advice on an electronic part. Bought using ace rewards coupon. They were wrong so went to return. Girl at register rung it up and gave me cash minus coupon amount. Small $ but struck me as a bad policy. So I told her I thought it was a bad policy because they recommended the part. He response was "that's not my problem" thinking I had already left but I was looking at something on my way out. If that's their attitude towards customers I'll use home depot

It is so refreshing to go to a hardware store that actually has people to help find items. They are always friendly and helpful and I can find items there that are unavailable in the big box stores. Parking is always easy. Please shop here so we can keep them in the community!
