I’ve been shopping at Fredco Supermarket on and off since they took over from Winn Dixie a few years ago. However I shopped at Win Dixie quite often because they were very friendly and caring. Fresco employees are very rude and has no concern for your needs or desires. I was there today shopping for food since I was getting coffee and donuts across the parking lot. I went into the market and picked up several items. Went to get some thick bacon and the section was out. I was told to ring the meat section bell and ask the meat employee if they had bacon. I was told to wait 20 minutes and someone would be bringing out some. I waited 40 minutes and another guy said no we have no more to put out. I was furious. I went to the front to customer service to talk to a manager. The young lady came out and I asked her to please get a manager. I was inform the manager/employer cannot speak English and would not know what I’m saying. Every public store needs an English speaking manager/employee. We are in America and English is Our first language, not Spanish. Will NEVER shop at Fresco again. Rather go to Public’s fresher produce and less expensive.

Never thought I'd say this, but man I miss win dixie. The property in front is covered in trash. Fresco's not cleaning up the garbage. Sadly they / we need to pick up trash because others throw it on the ground, they are Kings and we are sorry people. Also the store itself, they really need more bilingual people. I am trying to learn spanish and even do my best to talk with them but most have no ability at all to speak english. I'd avoid this place if possible until they fix these things. Sucks I know but we won't have nice things until we stand up and say something.

place smells like mondongo from open time and only one register in the mornings for the geriatric croud that comes by to chat with the cashier about their lotery tickets. Been there twice and never again it was better when it was win dixxie

I bought a pound and a half of Cherry, I had to throw away almost half the bag. Very expensive and poor quality.
