The Walgreens its self is amazing, its always clean, amazing stuff, but the PHARMACY HAS THE WORST WORKERS EVER, they all have constant attitudes and act as if they don’t want to be there, and don’t try to order your prescription online … because they wont answer it or even look at it, I was on hold for an hour… and I physically could not go there because of a back injury..if staffing is the issue I clearly don’t blame them for leaving. I honestly do not like them filling my meds because I don’t trust them at all.. they’re super super rude.

I was trying to be a good husband by picking up my wife’s prescription the other day on my way home. After arrival I picked up the two that was ready. After my wife got home from work she later shared that the $38 prescription should’ve been cancelled on auto fill from the previous monthly pick up. I tried for 3 days to return the prescription and explain this prescription shouldn’t have been processed. The first two days I tried completing the return I was told by associates behind the pharmacy counter to come back when the pharmacy manager was here and she can process a refund. I finally was able to speak with the pharmacy manager today (on day 3)and she shared that since it had already left the store she was unable to process a refund. I explained how this shouldn’t have been filled and is still in the container and sealed bag untouched. She responded by I can cancel the script for future fills but cannot process a refund because had already left the store. This Walgreens owes us $38 in my opinion and now highly considering moving both my wife and I prescriptions to another pharmacy because of this experience. Maybe someone from Walgreens Corporate will see this post and do the right thing.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy staff have horrible attitudes and the wait time for scripts is absolutely unacceptable. My Ortho put in orders for pain medication the day after my surgery and I was told they would not be ready until 7pm. Called the Normandy location and was able to have my script ready within the hour. Customers should not be on the receiving end of callous attitudes due to staffing shortages we did not create. Will never use this location again. Use the Normandy location if you actually want your scripts in a timely fashion. 0/5 starts from me.

I have given this location more than a fair share of times to get it right but they fail each and every time. Absolutely the worst location around. They really need to find some sense of urgency to get their customers out.

You can never find an employee when you need one and that includes the cashier. I pray you don't need anything from the pharmacy. THE WORST customer service and basically incompetence! P.S. Don't use the drive thru unless you have 35-50 minutes to kill.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been too! They always have 3-4 people working but can never make the line move and they always mess up.

Pharmacy is always AWESOME! They provide great customer service and treat their patients like family! Even during a pandemic, they will go above and beyond to help, whether showing you where an item is or calling an insurance. Their Location is always clean.

After waiting in line behind 5 people at the pharmacy, the pharmacist came out & waited on a customer. During this time, a pharmacy tech paged the store asking for assistance. No one came. When the pharmacist finished with the one customer, another store page was made asking for assistance. Finally a woman in her 50s came sauntering back. She called on me, I gave her information to use to see that 2 prescriptions were ready for pick up. She asked me to enter the phone # & I did. She looked at her screen & said I entered the wrong #. I told her I did not, & she asked me to enter it again. I did so, & she looked at her screen & shook her head. After inserting my ccard the screen asked if I wanted to donated $ to the cancer society. I hit the "no thanks" button & hit enter. The cashier looked at her screen & asked if I meant to hit the $10 donation button. I replied calmly no, I didn't hit that button, I hit the "no thanks" button. She looked at her screen some more & said, "are you sure you don't want to donate $10?" I loudly replied, "I did not hit that button, I hit the "no thanks" button & you need to remove the $10 from my charge." After waiting another minute, she finally voided the $10 donation charge.
