Honestly, this type of costumer service is terrible. I wanted to follow up with my package and the guy had a terrible attitude. It’s very unprofessional from his part to treat costumers the way he did to me. I asked him I wasn’t sure where the package was and all he say he doesn’t know with an attitude. Terrible costumer service….

I have come here numerous times in the past, and have always had a great experience. The employees have always greeted me with a smile and an offer of help. Today I actually needed help and I got stellar service. It feels good in this day and age of grumpy customer service people to see a staff that likes their job. Thank you.

Amazon returns are truly the hallmark of the modern-day UPS store. Excellent service and courteous staff are always present here. Thanks for making the experience a good one.

Every single time I have come here, regardless of how busy things are, I am greeted with a smile and excellent service and staff have gone the extra mile several times by placing extra packing tape on my packages when I have run out. They also have the self serve kiosk which is a life saver. Most people dread going to the post office, but going here is usually the highlight of my day - whether it be the excellent service or entertaining conversations with the staff.
I literally don’t know how someone can give this location less than five stars, I’d give more if I could. Thank you guys!

They are always friendly. The entire staff has a sense of urgency which I appreciate because my time is limited. Shawn, Kallee and Karessa are professional and friendly every time I come in. I've used printing, shipping and notary services. Each time I've been taken care of in a friendly and professional manner.
