I've never had a bad experience here. My wife and I have been shopping here for 2 years and their customer service has been amazing. There was one girl in particular in the deli that we fell in love with, her name is Jennifer and she's a itty bitty readhead with big pretty eyelashes. We came during a rush one time and she was by herself making subs as fast as she could and the stress never broke her. She had a smile the whole time and kept a sense of humor and great attitude. We come back every week for the deals, but if she's not working that day we don't order a sub. Well done for the employment of true human beings.

I've got my prescriptions here for more than 4 years and everyone is always courteous. You can tell they enjoy their job. They go out of their way to take care of your needs. Here's an example I don't think any pharmacy will do for you. One of my meds had manufacturing issues and could take awhile to become available again. The pharmacist went on a mission to find me this med. After calling the other nearby Publix pharmacies with no luck. She called the nearby CVS pharmacy and had them fill the script for me.One big feature this location offers is a drive-up pharmacy.?

I can’t say enough about all the people that work here. But I really want to praise the pharmacist Cody Singleton he has gone above and beyond to help me. You can tell he really cares about his customers. He has taken time out of his busy schedule and called me personally and kept me informed on what was going on. He also gave me some good advice. Thank you so very much you are very much appreciated.

I have been shopping at the Deltona Commons Publix since they opened and they are extremely helpful as I shop. I have some mobility issues and occasionally have to use the mobility cart. They are always helpful whether I'm walking or in the cart and load them in my car for me.

Always a horrible experience, especially with called in prescriptions. They’re surprised every single time and act like they didn’t get your prescription. There is always a delay on filling your prescription, even 6 hours past when it was sent in. They will fill it for you on the spot but still takes 30 minutes and they are super rude when you make them fill it like that. It’s the same thing time and time again. Horribly managed and terrible service.

I am sorry to say that this location has been going down hill the past couple years. I don't mind paying more for a product if the service is reasonable. Recently the customer service has gotten to a point where we have been shopping else where due to better service and pricing. Unfortunately Publix has forgot baisc customer service skills.

The customer service at the front check out is horrible. One cashier 6 customers and two employees walking around with their hands in their pockets! if it wasn't for the excellent bakery service I get there I would never go into this store again!

Publix Deli strikes again. Your staff in this deli has gone down hill. They are extremely rude, and condescending time and time again. Today was Amy, courteous enough to tell me that my online order wasnt due till noon. When no one else was standing around the deli counter and the associates were just chit chatting, I kindly asked if she could slice it now, or , I could cancel the online order, and order directly from her, I was met with an eye roll, sigh and shake of the head. I ordered deli meat, not attitude. This is becoming far to common when it never used to be a problem here.

My son is ADHD and Walgreen's was out of his monthly meds as they were on back order. The pediatrician suggested this Publix as they had very recently sent the prescription to them. I called, of course they couldn't confirm as it's a controlled substance, not a problem I knew that could be the case. I had the pediatrician send over the script anyways. Never was I told they could hold the script for new cst because the script was a controlled substance. I go on vacation get back, call the pharmacy to verify it's filled as I never received a call from them. After a 10 min hold I'm told oh we tried to call you and number wasn't in service, validate the number as she tried to move on to insurance info. Definitely my number. She ask for ins info not on the card, apparently Walgreens has a more in depth system then there's and they can't seem to get it. She tells me they are out of stock and wasn't sure I still needed the script. She said they could order and get it by Wed for me but needed the numbers. Obviously I'm frustrated now because I've got one more day of meds left after today and this should have been filled. I call Walgreens, still not in stock been on back order for 2 weeks. I get the info call back whole new story now. Now I'm told about the waiting period for new cst with controlled substance, when asked why I wasn't told about that prior to the prescription being transferred. Yeah question ignored, did tell me now they can't guarantee meds will be by Wed cancelled called my pediatrician back to Walgreens complete and utter incompetence.

This is the second time we purchase salmon from this location and both times it has been a bad piece. The lady who cut our salmon was rude and didn't even ask which piece we would like to take instead she decided to pick for us. We got home to make lunch and our surprise the fish smelled horrible. We won't be going to this location anymore.
