Horrible customer service in the Deli by Alyssa. She was very sarcastic and unfriendly. I've never had this experience at ANY Publix previously. The grocery manager seemed to brush my concerns off and said he will have a talk with her about her customer service.

I have lived in deltona for two years . When I first started going to this location I loved it! Everything was fresh and clean. 2 years later I know there had to be a change in management somewhere along the line. For the past couple of months closer to a year I've bought spoiled crab legs, spoiled fish. spoiled molded cakes, pretzels that expired Two days after I bought them, spoiled Cottage cheese, half rotten fruits, and that's all that I can remember right now but i know there's more. WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE?!! This location is super close to my house so its really an inconvenience that I have to drive past this store to go to any other location but this one. This is the only location I have this problem with. I seriously hope they eventually get it together. I included pictures from one of the rare time I decided to just go to this location and they had a whole table full of moldy blondies. I KNOW SOMEONE WHO WORKED THERE HAD TO SEE THEM! They're going to get someone seriously sick one day.

I shop at Publix a lot. I usually go here or to the one on Courtland. Let's just say I'll be spending much more time at the Courtland location. I was just trying to get a sub at the counter. There were 8 people working; 2 at the chicken which during the 10 minutes i waited had 2 people come up and be served and leave for a total of about 1.5 minutes of service time. They had one person making online orders, they had 1 person stocking the sub area, they had 2 working the deli counter which had a total of one customer the ten minutes I was there, 1 person just wandering about, and one person making subs. It wasn't too busy, I had one family ahead of me, and anywhere from one to 2 behind me, they kept walking away. I was waiting on the family until after 10 minutes their sub was done, yes one sub 10 minutes. I was ok until they ordered one more. Sorry, not up for another 10 minute wait. I left. Even then I still wouldn't be reviewing except it occurred to me on my way out that not one employee had said hi other than the cashier. Now that's not normal for a Publix. At Courtland the atmosphere is totally different.

My review is basically for all of the Publix grocery stores from Volusia, Seminole, and Orange counties in FL. Consistent, Fair Prices, and each stores care about the communities that their located at. Especially now with the pandemic, I see Publix management made sure that their employees are on the ball such as helping the elderlies, make sure their prices are controlled, stop preventing people from hording, keeping the store clean specifically with the carts and hand sanitizer available all over the store, and most important, they care about their customers. Thanks Publix!

My family and I are sick and tired of this pharmacy. We're transferring to another pharmacy. Pharmacist is not caring in any sense. There is always an issue when attempting to pick up medications. Always a delay. Spoke with management.

You want meat, bread, milk or a banana??? Doesn't matter. This place got all that plus a scale so you can check that Holiday heft. You need you blood pressure checked oh yeah they got that. You want that freezy cheesy??? TOMBSTONE, RED BARON on ice.

I find publix over priced, the selection isn't the same for every store. When item are on sale they seem to run out quickly. I have purchased their apples in the past and they go bad a lot faster then when I purchase from other stores. Not happy with publix overall but on occasion I do visit out of ne

This is the worst Publix. The pharmacy pushed me over the edge and I will definitely not be back to this place. I went in after work to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist said it would be about two hours, no big deal since I live less than a mile away. She told me she would call when it was ready. I never got a call but figured I would just pick it up the next day after work. I go in after work and the prescription is still not ready. The pharmacist told me it would be ready in two hours again. I told them forget it. That is terrible customer service and there is no excuse. I will not be going back to that Publix for anything.

Best pharmacy team EVER! I've never had a long wait, but I work nights so I'm in during non rush hour times. Even if I had to wait a long time, I'd be ok with it bc of the EXCEPTIONAL customer service the team provides. They're all so nice, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and personable and that's what has made me a loyal customer at my Publix Pharmacy.

Love the friendly people at Publix! This store is always clean and the staff will go out of their way to help you. There is always a line at the deli! I have waited 20 minutes in line to have a sandwich made at this location. They have one person just working on call in orders and one person making sandwiches for the line. They could really use more help here. Last time I was here 3 people left the line to go to Subway.

Most generic antibiotics are free.Very busy, wait times often exceed an hour. Will order most medications for next day pick up if they're out of stock.
