I'm writing this review for Jacob the other day who (from the Scanning Center) could tell the cashier was busy and called me over to get checked out quicker. Furthermore, offered to not only check sale prices but asked to make sure I had the extra 5 mins to do so. 11/10 Jacob, you're a boss.”
“I went to three FEDEX stores before finally finding this place. I needed to send back my AT&T modem. When I walked into the store there were three very tentive employees all eager to help me get my equip. shipped out. I told them my aggrevation with the amount of time it took me to find a FEDEX store that could help me. They apologized although, in my opinion, this is the fault of AT&T - they should tell customers that only certain locations take unboxed equipment. Anyway - I must say that this was my most fun FEDEX experience I have ever had. The team was playful with one another, which I appreciate a good team that has fun at work but still gets the job done. They were eager to help and attentive to their customer. They were all very polite - which is rare these days. Overall, I cant wait to ship something out again and I will never go to another FEDEX as long as I shall live...in Lake Mary. Please send my best wishes for a great New Year to this awesome crew.”

I could tell they were extremely busy here, but she took the time to go through everyone at the 41 pages and highlight very clearly where I needed to sign which is on almost every single page to help me save time and decipher where I needed to focus on, so I didn’t have to read through and spend my time doing it, which really made the process easy. She was very kind and helpful to other people inside the buildings as several customers had other problems throughout my visit. She was helpful to her employees as well a credit to her. I guess I looked a bit bewildered because some kind staff jumped up immediately and assisted me with my pre-paid return, which ended up to be a self service marine.I am very happy with their quick and friendly service.”
“After a frustrating day of visiting multiple FedEx locations that couldn’t assist with my international shipping needs, I walked into this store as a last attempt—tired, stressed, and honestly, not expecting much. But Chris completely turned my day around.
From the moment I walked in, his upbeat personality and great sense of humor instantly lifted my mood. He was warm, polite, and incredibly helpful. What stood out most was how patient he was—never rushing me, and even reminding me to take my time. That simple kindness made all the difference.
