“I can never go wrong with Andersons. Staff there are all helpful, knowledgeable and kind. If they don't know an answer, they will get a staff member who can. I went to a different Ace because it was on my way somewhere and took 20 minutes for someone to help me. When I asked my question regarding pipe fixtures, I got the blank stare and said it wasn't their expertise and walked away. Never tried to find another associate to assist me. That kind of thing never happens at Andersons Ace!”

If you don't know what it's called and the employees can't figure out which thing you're trying to describe, you don't need it. I love going to Ace Hardware. I've never walked out empty handed, with just what I went for or on budget.”

I came in 10 minutes before the store closed and Spencer was able to help my select the proper tools, and blend a custom color I made from mixing 2 colors I previously sampled together. Spencer was more than thorough and extremely nice. Thank you for making this process so easy!”

We were in there more times than I can count just looking at samples...and more samples....and even more samples!!!! They even helped us find a pro to paint for us!!! “Great Paint Color Match and Quality ServiceWe stopped in to get some exterior house trim touch-up paint and supplies. We were greeted and assisted quickly by Mekenna, who was able to accurately color match, even from a dried up paint sample supplied by our builder several years ago. She did this with a smile, saying it should be no problem at all. The new paint blends in well and we're very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend this store.”
