I stopped up there today to ask questions about my new internet/WIFI device and the young woman who helped me was fantastic!! I was greeted as I walked in and then she helped me get it set up on phone. She answered my questions perfectly, as well. All three employees were kind and engaged. Really appreciated all the help and now I’m all set up at home too! Thanks, Ladies!!! Ps. Plus, I had to call with some questions and received the same EXCELLENT service!

Shelby has been A ROCKSTAR for my family and I over the last few weeks!! Her knowledge of the phones, supporting equipment, and data transfer are AMAZING!!! DON'T EVEN get me started on her meticulous attention to detail when installing our screen protectors!!!!!

Olivia is the BEST! I had AT&T and the service was horrible. Went to this Metro location and Olivia was very patient and informative. I switched 3 weeks ago and not only did she assist with getting us the new IPhones at no charge (promotion they had running at the time) but we got 5 lines with unlimited everything for what we were paying for 1 line with AT&T. Our service has been great and none of this would be possible without Olivia's help.

I loved this place when we were with Metro by T-Mobile but we switched to T-Mobile on December 16 or 20, 2022. I loved everything about it, We do go past it when we go to McDonald's, hungry Howie's or other places like that! Thank you Metro for your amazing service! and btw they were SO nice

Went yesterday after not hearing what i wanted to at two prior locations and the dark skin dude with the beginner braids/dreads had me sold. Gave me pricing and all. I just wanted to activate a new line on an existing 9 year account. I didn’t have the device or SIM card so I told him I’ll be back tomorrow. I went back today prepared to put everything in motion and the whole story changed. He was charging me a $10 “activation fee” on top of the $35 activation fee that he told me about yesterday. Mind you by the time I made it to him yesterday, I had already confirmed that my price was going to be what he quoted me yesterday. From two different locations. On top of that, I went to a fourth location today, just because I was in the area. So he was being overzealous and trying to up his stats for the boss or he just flat out lied. Either way, this is not the way I like to do business. I like honest business. I waisted my time and gas going back. I went to another location and I paid less to get activated and the girl reduced my monthly bill. Needless to say. I will not ever go back here. Not even to vet the other locations.

Everytime I go buy a new phone they always mess with my monthly bill. Now why would this lady add a premium protection package without my knowledge, adding 10 a month per line. While I did remove it before paying for it, Metro you need to stop your workers from doing this or you will lose another customer!! Never going back to this location.

I’m very very disappointed with this store, I have never been a customer of metro, and I wanted to turn my phone on with them for the first time. My phone already had a crack in the corner cause I dropped it already but everything was working perfectly fine nothing wrong just a crack. Well the lady (she was new, so she was being trained) but she said Okaay we have to check if my phone was compatible with their company. Even with her trying to put the SIM card in, she was already being to rough with my phone. She then proceeded to put my case back on because it was compatible, well I grabbed my phone and tried to turn it on the screen was black and blue. She asked for my phone back because she forgot to put the SIM card holder back in, she proceeded to press the button and it didn’t turn on it was black and blue, so she turned to her trainer and was like “uh oh what do I do now?” She grabs my phone and looks then goes “this could of happened to anyone, but go to the Sanford mall and they can fix it for $80. Tell them we sent you” so my mother and law walk out and I break down, there’s just been a lot going on I didn’t have money right now to turn on my phone, I don’t have money to get it fixed… so my mother in law calls corporate, the guy was even upset because when he called their store to get the managers name and number, Marissa or Melissa (I can’t remember what her name was) she’s short, brunette, curly curly hair and glasses, she refused to give him the name and number of the manager. He was very very disappointed that even he reported them. So we called up there today to see if the manager was there because we were going to go in and make a complaint about them well when my mother-in-law called up there and asked if the manager was there they hung up on her didn’t say anything to her, but hung up on her. I’m very very disappointed in this store. I will no longer have service at the store anymore. I will be making a complaint about Marisa or Melissa which ever her name is. I have never had a person that works at a store make me cry the way they did. I’m not the type of person to do this but when you refuse to give the name and number, and lie to my father in law, I will not put up with it.

Tonight I came into this location after a long day at work and from being 5 minutes away from another and actually within several minutes of a few locations after calling them and how unknowledgeable and unprofessional they were and past experiences I decided to drive all the way out to this location. I walked in very clean and inviting and friendly they greeted me right away I needed a phone in the worst way mines was crapping out and shutting down all by itself and I need it for work. Well Lorenzo I apologize if it's misspelled was the one who helped me asking what I needed and shared with me about the products showed me two phones based upon my needs he set the phone up along with the accessories I needed and the price which I know he has no control over was reasonable. The other young lady that was there was also trying to help someone who lost there phone and they were doing what they could to help them. I hate getting new phones with a passion Lorenzo made it very pleasant. I run a business myself and they set a example for how all the metros should be run. I immediately called my husband told him how wonderful my experience was because he has had to get a phone as well out of town and had a horrible experience as well. We will be going to this location from now on especially if these two individuals are still working thank you again

I've been with metro for over 5 years and never a problem till yesterday. I brought my son gf in to see how much it would cost to have her phone turned on and was told they first would need to see if her phone was unlocked. Her phone had a small crack at the bottom of her phone and during the removal of her case for the 4th time cause they forgot to put her sim card holder back in broke her phone to where the screen was black with a blue line and now her screen had multiple cracks and the other lady said oh well you know that could have happened anytime to anyone . And then recommend a place to get it fixed. So we walked out and I called corporate. The nice guy from corporate put me on hold and called the store and they refused to give him the managers name and number. So he told me he was putting in a report cause the lady he spoke with was very unprofessional and for me to go to a different metro to make a complaint against that store. It's sad after having metro for so long im thinking of going somewhere else.
