Went in today to buy a new phone, and greeted by Sofia, Sofia was very knowledgeable of the phones in stock and showed excellent customer service. I would definitely say she's an employee of the month in my book.

I had a great experience at tmobile last weekend!!! I lost my phone and had to connect a new phone to my account. Analiz J was very helpful and patient. She took her time and was able to make my day I was going crazy without a phone. I was impressed by how clean store looked a n d she jokingly said girl during my shift my store stay looking good!!! I am glad I choose to go to this store it was close to closing time and she stayed a few minutes past that time to make sure I was happy. She mentioned some Samsung tablets which I didn't think I needed but my boyfriend did and when we heard about the deal 2 for 50 we took it. Wow I actually don't regret it I love my tablet. Ty Analiz J what great service experience. God bless your future endeavors.

I went in here today to switch from cricket to metro and i walked in and the atmosphere was clean and the store manager sofia and rep kaley were very nice woman i got me a new phone for more than half of the price that they want for a new phone from best buy or anywhere and i got acp along with it and a speaker that i got for less than what they were asking for it i will be a longtime customer

Went yesterday. Got information. That associate was helpful. I Just wanted to activate a new line for my son. Went back today to make the transaction. Little girl told me to come back in two hours because the system was down! Why the heck are the doors opened??? If you can’t conduct business, put a sign on the door and close until you can. Simple business practice. If your writing hand receipts for payments, I guess, okay. But if I was making a payment to activate my line after disconnect, I’m not walking out until my line is up and running. Most people aren’t. So why stay open? Poor management.

I attest that I was served with such extra service that it should be a standard. Kaleyshka was remarkable and truly cared to be efficient , understanding, and got quick and efficient resuts, regrdless of my lack of tech skills, The other person was Anais, not sure of the spelling but her name, but her input and assistance was sincere and in tandem to what Kaleyshka was doing. The manager also came by to make sure that all that I was intending was accompished. The experience showed teamork, competence , and concern to deliver not only the service but the feeling. Great Job!

After spending over an hour at the store in Fern Park trying to switch a device on my line, the girls @ the store on Howland, in Deltona, were able to get it done in 15 minutes. Samantha and Nancy truly made my day! Great customer service! Thank you ladies! I appreciate YOU!

This place is very nice yesterday I went there to switch from AT&T to metro very smooth transaction the lady working there yesterday morning was very nice very generous and she made the switch from AT&T to metro very smooth very respectful very nice very understanding to all my questions I give the store five stars I’m here in Florida on vacation and I saw a good deal I came to this location and once again I got treated very respectfully and all my questions were answered by this representative working at the store yesterday morning I’m a very happy customer thank you very much for your high value CUSTOMER SERVICE service! ☺️
