Went into this location and the employee Kayleigh was rude and when I explained my situation the manner in which she explained how she could not help me was very rude and she made it seem like she could not do her job. I have had issues with this store lots of times in the past and everytime I have to go to a location that is further away to seek assistance. This time I had to go to the homeland location and got 5 star customer service and also got the ACP credit added to my account would definitely recommend the homeland location for all your metro by T-Mobile needs.

I came in with an issue. I won't get into extreme detail about it because I'm not the type to bash the next man that's trying to support his family. I'd like it to be known that ANDY was amazing. He was empathetic to my situation and apologized for the inconvenience. He went over and beyond the call of duty to insure I left with customer satisfaction. The way he dealt with the situation was very professional. I was going to leave the company after many years of doing business its because of him that I will remain a loyal customer great job Andy! All employees should be trained as he has been.

Went to 4 other locations to get a line activated and was not able to get that accomplished for one reason or another. Came here because it was in route back home from one of the previous locations and Nancy (the manager at the time) not only got me activated, but she did so with me paying less than I was quoted by the other locations AND she helped me reduce my monthly bill. She was super professional. Kept the next person entertained and patient while he waited, as she was the only associate in the store at the time. Handled everything on her own, never had to call anyone as did the associates of the previous locations that I visited. I wanted to try the internet box that they offer but I felt bad for the dude waiting so I told her I’d be back tomorrow. And I will. The service and her professionalism made me a loyal customer. I’ll drive by two other Metros tomorrow to get the internet box and will drive there for any future business.

If you ever walk in this store and get Edwin, just walk out. The most worst service experience ever. I had two defective phones I was charged $52 dollars for activation on. Edwin takes my new device, charges me another $26, then tells me the phone I purchased unlocked from a fortune 500 company is locked. All he did was shrug and say sorry. No empathy, no compassion, no willing to work with me on the fees I had already spent money on. Please MetroPCS, step up or I'll be on the way out. It's weird how I called metro and received more empathy and a resolution that a live store associate could not provide. Worst part. He tried to charge me another $26 just to reactivate my phone that was already setup when I walked in the store. Edwin is a joke.
