“I’ve always been a fan of American Freight, bought myself and my kids furniture. This is the first time going to the Sanford location as I did not know there was one. I will forever be a customer at this location. Kywonna was AMAZING! He was able to answer all my questions and even double checked to make sure I bought the right furniture. Went through everything with me and the pricing so I was never confused. Great customer service. I will be back to buy the remainder of my bedroom set. “I purchased a Serta Arctic mattress & adjustable bed frame. I had a misunderstanding about an offer for sheets and mattress protector and paid more than I would want to. I realized this after I got home, so the next day I returned and they gave me a partial refund, which I was very happy with. The frame & mattress are awesome. I worked with the manager (sorry but I don’t remember his name) and another person “Roger”.”

“After only a little over 3 years of use, the must-have sofa began peeling in spots on the cushions. I jumped through all of the hoops that Badcock had me go through only to hear, that there was nothing they could do for me. The manufacturer no longer makes my sofa. Only 3 years of moderate use and my $1200 sofa will have to be replaced at some point unless I can find a place that will repair the peeling.
Badcock and More is still a wonderful place to shop. I will continue to do business at their store but I will request a warranty for all large purchases going forward. Lesson learned.”

“Luis accommodated our meeting time at his shop, as well as for our delivery. He's straight up and knows his mattresses. He made our mattress purchase very comfortable (pun intended). I would recommend his services if you are in need of bedding. His shop has several mattresses you can try out at many different price points, but all at costs much lower than the mattress/furniture stores. I went to four other mattress shops before I wound up at his...give him a call, you'll be glad you did.”
