Let me just start by saying Monica at customer service was amazing helping my husband and I purchase an above ground pool to ensure it will be here Friday, June 7th. However… It is now June 10th and we have been doing ALL of the leg work to try to go pick it up ourselves from a warehouse it’s going to sit in from today (Monday) to Wednesday, only 2 hours away from us. We spent $1,000 to build the leveled out pad for underneath it EXPECTING it to be here Friday to set it up and we can’t have it rain on the pad (it’ll ruin it and shift the ground) and it’s expected to be raining as early as tonight (Monday) and all day tomorrow (Tuesday). Not only are we going to lose out on $1,000 for the pad if we can’t get the authorization to go pick it up today from Ocala… we also are losing out on money/time with our children driving 4 hours total so we can (hopefully) pick it up and install it today/tonight before the rain comes. If not, and they have to deliver it Wednesday because we can’t pick it up, we will be out another $1,000 to have it redone and the pool itself was about $1,400 and we even opened a credit line with Lowe’s. DO NOT OVER PROMISE AND UNDERDELIVER, UNDER PROMISE AND OVERDELIVER! The absolute worst experience my husband and I have had to deal with when it comes to their customer service and all they can say is “I don’t know, it’s an estimated delivery time, I’m sorry” isn’t going to cut it for us. 4 very disappointed kids later, we will not be coming back to Lowe’s to purchase our shower tile anymore and will be canceling the credit card as soon as it’s paid off. We regret coming here and will direct others to go to other places for purchasing large expensive pools that will deliver AS PROMISED instead of going through with what we have been going through just trying to give our kids a memorable/enjoyable summer. Our 8 year old is autistic and the water stimulates him. But in summer, there’s no where to go that isn’t slammed packed in Florida and he gets overstimulated with crowds so we spent money we really didn’t have to spend at the moment, for what? To waste more money and to get let down? I would understand if it came Monday at the latest if promised or “estimated” to have been delivered the Friday prior, that’s acceptable! For it to sit somewhere for 3 business days AFTER the expected deliver date (2 of them just sitting there) is NOT acceptable. Do better Lowe’s.

I had to get a picnic table and I was waiting in line for a while and then my boss called when I was the next in line and asked me to get something else so I had to leave line what I didn't know was that one of the guys got sent out to get me my picnic table so when I eventually came out he got mad that I made him wait 10 minutes

Hard to find an associate but thankfully we found what we needed on our own. This place never has many people in it though. The website locations need to be updated so that you can find things. The online proves don't always match the store so be mindful too of that. Overall we do like going in and out of here fast.

Jacob?(little guy w/ beard) is not a friendly CSR at the Customer Service Center. All the other ladies there are very nice and helpful.
The store overall is good. I won't throw the baby out w/ the bathwater.
Still nice overall. Closes earlier than other locations.

I was trying to buy a plant today and was met with a very demeaning employee in the garden center who I asked if anyone was watering the plants because most of them are dead, and he condescendingly told me "we have
employees for that" and rudely dismissed me...if this is the way they treat their customers they'll go out of business.. I'm a long standing customer and I have friends in the area... doesn't serve anyone well to be rude and dismissive to me... because I can take my business elsewhere and let all my friends and family know in the area.

I went to Lowe's to buy a grill and Madison was the person in charge. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew the answers to all my questions. She had to get help getting the grill off the shelf so she got help from mason. He was also very nice. They both were very helpful. Long story short both mason and Madison need a raise. 10 out of 10. I will be back.

As long as you know exactly where the thing you need is, and you need help from no one, it's not bad. As soon as you go outside of these parameters, you probably want to just go somewhere else, because otherwise you are probably not going to get what you need. It's Lowes...nothing new.
