I didn't ask for a crew cut but that's what I walked out with. Don't expect consistency here. The minute you find a stylist that you like, they are gone. I'm not paying $20 for a $8 haircut any more.

Very glad I stopped by and got to see Abigail. I was very anxious and nervous about having my hair cut because the damage was so extensive. She did a wonderful job of calming my nerves and cutting my hair, it turned out great and I love it :)

Abigail was fantastic. I had to have my hair cut fixed that my stylist of 2 years ( some place alts)cut one side crazy,and would not return my calls or messages to fix it. Abigail had to do a lot to fix it. Abigail will be seeing me from now on.

Would give zero stars if allowed. Horrible attitude by the only two women that were working on Wednesday Feb 21st. The haircut done to my mom had to be corrected at another Salon after we left. She had hair all over her face neck ears and clothes. Didnt even bother to clean her up after. Very uncomfortable environment.

New to area and needed quite a bit of hair recovery. Abigail did a fantastic job. Atmosphere was friendly and clean. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I took my wife up to This Great Clips, which she has been going to for haircuts for sometime. It was a little after 11am and not busy and she was taken right away. The lady cutting her hair was very short @ 4ft something and could not speak english well so there was a communication issue. My wife said thin out the top and cut my hair a little shorter. My wife is 5' 2" and the lady could not reach the top of her hair. When we walked out after paying for the hair cut Helen said to me what do you think..........I said it looks the same ! She said I didn't want to complain. About 1pm I called and I spoke the lady on the phone and told her my wife would not call but I did. All she said to me was come back up and let me look at my wife's haircut................WRONG ANSWER and she said it twice. I suggested that if she hires someone they should be able to speak english and communicate with the customers. It will probably the last time they see my wife at this location. This is no way to treat a valued customer...

Amanda did a fantastic job today! Walked in and sat down immediately in her chair. She was quick and professional and gave a great cut even though I was way overdue! I’ll be looking for her next time too!

Just got the worst haircut ever. Didn’t take her 4-5 minutes. Was supposed to be 2-1/2” just like she confirmed before cutting. Don’t think anything taken off top and back. It’s still almost 5” and my bangs are cut just short of 2”. Leaving for vacation in 2 hours. But I can safely say after 2 decades of using this location I am done with them.
