I went to this salon a month in advance to make an appointment. According to the stylist, she was an expert in buns and styles, I took photos of what she wanted and when the day of my daughter's Sweet 16 arrived, we arrived at the agreed time and she arrived 20 minutes late, then with an attitude and was upset. I do the hair of the girl who has long hair and she knew because I showed her the photos before that she said "it's easy" and then started "no, this is long" "it's going to fall out" I do her hair in 20 minutes 63 fucking hair that came out. Then when it was my turn, having told me “don't wash your hair the day before” and I did it herself, she made me wash my hair, it was a disaster, commenting out loud that it was very straight, etc. Several times he hit me on the head with his hard brush and didn't apologize.
I ended up standing up from my chair, the owner of the salon, Gladis, ended up trying to do my style and it didn't work out. Then Sylvia charged 80.00 for the baby's hair and wanted me to pay her 80.00 for washing my hair. Mrs. Gladis (owner of the salon) told me, give me 60.00 and for what?…. I ended up leaving the salon and looking for another place to have our hair done again ah! Not to mention that 200 dollars were left there. For attacking and mistreating the client. Sadly, having arrived early at the salon and everything was not enough because the lady looked bad!! and at the last minute she became hostile, reluctantly combing her hair, adding old and all twisted hair, a simple side hairstyle that the very expert did not know how to do and there being another fifteen-year-old there, she also had problems with them. I mean, we weren't the only ones and the little while I was there every time someone came in she had said something wrong to them. And the owner with an embarrassed face because, to make matters worse, Sylvia kept answering everyone with an attitude, it was as if she didn't know how to handle what she was doing wrong. And advice, Mrs. Sylvia from the owner of the salon, one should not speak badly to the clients.

The women in this store are awesome! My Grandson had a mat in his hair and they worked on his hair but we had to end up cutting the mat out. She braided his hair for him.. he's 8 and cried a lot she had the most patience with him..
