This store has gone down fast. They must of changed management. Out side is like a dump. Garbage can overflowing, you can't walk in the sidewalk cause of all the weeds and overgrown bushes. The store is not well packed like it use to. Is starting to look getto outside and inside. Shame on management. Get your store clean up.

I have shopped many dollar tree stores and I just want to say "good job!" The Courtland store is always the cleanest, most organized ,well stocked store I have ever shopped in. And I will continue to shop there even if it's an extra mile or two to get there.

Not a bad Dollar Tree so far is Dollar trees go though driving through the parking lot can be dicey due to design flaws. I have almost been hit leaving using both exits. Also be nice if they did a little yard work once in awhile. It's stupid to have to push back overgrowth walking up to the store.

Store is always well stocked and organized. I pass at least 3 or 4 other DTs to get to this one.

I think the worst part about this location is every time I come they say they’re closing in a few minutes when their door says otherwise. It’s always extremely disorganized. Staff is always rude and the actual outside of the building that wasn’t put up too long ago is already overgrown with trash everywhere. Walked in and walked right back out.

This is a new store. It's very clear. I went at 8.30 pm and only one employee was working. She was so busy. Stocking shelves, she didn't even see us waiting to check out. We had to squeeze a toy to get her to check k us out. She didn't se happy we we there. We asked about an item and she couldn't tell us if they carried it. Overall, she just didn't want to be there. But it was clean.

My favorite Dollar Tree because this one's always clean and well merchandised. And everyone is always friendly. Sure, it doesn't have the largest refrigerated section or carry the really cool fancy bread my local one does ... but that store's also a nightmare.

Rude lady who I'm guessing is the store manager or key holder. I walked in about 30 minutes before closing, she kept announcing over the megaphone how much time until closing. She said 15 minutes until closing and then this lady walked in and grabbed a shopping cart and then she said "5 minutes until closing" after she announced it was 15 minutes until closing about 2 minutes before. Seemed like she was bothered by me asking her to fill up a few balloons for me. This lady in front of me took forever to check out because she was also doing a return on something also, and she even said to the clerk how rude the other woman was and that she needs to take a chill pill. She locked the doors 10 minutes atleast before closing if not closer to 15- probably after shopping cart lady walked in. Did not say bye or have a good night when I said bye to her. If you hate customer service that much then get a new job. Just saying. Also to note, when I got out to my car it was before closing although she announced the store was closed about 10 minutes before it actually was.
