Really helpful staff and knowledgeable of there products.. With great deals.. prices are competitive with other smoke shops. Vapor is better then the rest. They are smoking the competition... I'm proud to be a customer!!!☆☆☆

The guy working was on speaker phone when I walked in, no problem, customers call in all the time. I waited 2 min to be acknowledged then asked a question about something I couldn't find. He gets off the phone, acting totally annoyed that he had to do work. Walks over to me and tells me "Everything we have is out." No suggestions for an alternative and didn't seem knowledgeable when I asked questions about products. I followed him up to the front and asked to see something behind the counter. The bottle was small and I wanted to see the ingredients. The guy would not let me hold the bottle to read the ingredients!! Like I was going to run out with it or something! The only reason I bought anything here was out of pure convenience. If we were from the area and close to another store I never would have given this place my money. This employee is obviously not the owner as he took no interest in his work, or building rapport or repeat business.

I swear, I thought I was about to walk into another POS empty annoying smoke shop. I was so wrong. Mind blown. This place has all the disposable salt nics, a HUGE selection of mods, tanks, all-in-onesies, loose pipe AND cigarette tobacco. I really felt it would be a shi-can smoke shop but this is as good as a “non-cigar” smoke shop gets. The staff was kind and courteous and SO helpful. I can’t believe there’s a place like this in Deltona! *the more you know*

You really need to know what you are looking for here. Some CSR's are more knowledgeable then others. If you get the wrong coils or cartridge, you are stuck with it. The owner is great but the knowledge of the staff is hit or miss. My fam still goes because they have a vast range of juice and flavors. As with anything, just have a clear idea of what you are seeking.
