I recommend anyone that is purchasing a firearm to go to this location and take his concealed firearm class.

My friend and I visited Deltona Gun Exchange recently, hoping to purchase some ammunition. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. The sole staff member, who appeared to be the owner, was not only condescending but also made inappropriate assumptions about us. He belittled our choice of ammunition and implied that we were not knowledgeable about firearms. Additionally, when he briefly stepped out of the store, he made an inappropriate comment in Spanish to what seemed to be a regular customer walking in, insinuating that we were up to no good. While we understand the need for security, the disrespectful manner in which it was conveyed was unacceptable. Furthermore, the store had very limited stock of ammunition, and what was available seemed impractical for most shooters. Overall, the unprofessional behavior and lack of adequate stock make it difficult to recommend Deltona Gun Exchange to others, I should've known when I saw multiple one star comments getting more likes than any complimentary comments, and then seeing the owner arguing with the customers unhappy reviews instead of trying to make an effort to resolve the issues. What a joke? It's sad to see this is the example that a fellow 2A advocate is setting...

I waited patiently to find out the prices here are OUTRAGEOUS and then the owner told me I didn’t need what I was looking for and tried to sell me something I already have. And again told me I didn’t need the gun I was looking for.

Twice I went there and twice I was greeted by a ‘Yeah?’, not a ‘How can I help you?’ I only went there to arrange for a FFL transfer and it turned out $20 more than the advertised price ( Probably because he “Didn’t sell it to me and it was made in China”) He even made fun of the logo on the box that contained my gun. Yelling at the FDLE guy on the other end of the phone during the transfer didn’t help much either.His inventory is way overpriced for the stuff that he does have, and not much in the way of quality, name brand items.Such an angry man… If you want to be treated like a child and brow-beaten, this place is for you.

I have dealt with a few gun shops in the area and I feel that the Providence Gun Exchange is the best place in the area to purchase a fire arm. I went there a few days ago hoping to purchase a small weapon to carry for protection and was greeted by Sady, the Owner, he was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ended up purchasing a weapon that will meet all my needs. I will continue to do business with Sady and would recommend that anyone looking for a great place to purchase a weapon go see Sady.
