I recently had oral surgery, including surgery on my jawbone, and had my prescriptions sent to the CVS on Howland Boulevard. Two of my prescriptions were ready, but I was told I needed to come in person to pay for the third. Since I’m from Tampa, I originally wanted my prescriptions filled there, but I was assured they would be ready here relatively soon.
At noon, I called and spoke with someone who told me my prescription would be ready by 3 PM. When I arrived at 3 PM, I was then told that my prescription had been transferred to a different pharmacy without any notice.
This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. The lack of communication and coordination caused unnecessary stress at a time when I was already in pain and recovering from surgery. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values efficiency and competent service.

Automated system is trash and you can't get nobody on the phone to find out if you have my son's prescription and it's a matter of life and death

CVS on Howland stole my kids prescription. She was given 2 bottles, same script, same dates. Both were empty.
I didnt even open the little brown bags they come in until way later, (11:30 pm) and now the pharmacy is closed. Idk what to do, how this happened or where to start.
This has never happened before.
(It's ADHD medication, that could be a sign) now I'm afraid to even do anything about it in fear of being flagged... this js absolute bullshit!

I schedule an appointment on line for a flu shot, and the minute clinic had a sign up, they were closed. None of the workers in the store knew why. I was told there are two nurses but no one was working. I will never book another appointment with them. Not dependable.

First of all- this is the ONLY CVS that locks up Olay products. They are in a glass case with a button to push for customer service. I pushed the button multiple times without any assistance. After wasting 10 min, I went to the register and was told that she couldn't leave the cash register and there was nobody else that could help. Blamed being short handed. I just walked out and left everything that was in my basket. This is unacceptable.

I would have left a zero
There automated line is absolutely a waste of time and is so frustrating. I’m done dealing with mega corporations that think human interaction can be replaced by automation. These people can go pound sand. I’m done. I’m taking my business to Community Pharmacy.

I went there looking for a specific item. This employee/manager was very attentive to me and my needs. She checked to see if it was on the truck that was coming in the morning. She said it was on the truck and to check back later on that day.

CVS at the Howland location in Deltona is one of the best ones I’ve ever been to and that is the only one I will go to. Customer service there is nice. You’re greeted with a smile. Everyone is willing to help. There is a young lady named Yesbet that is absolutely knowledgeable about everything in that store. She is the best part of CVS, as far as I’m concerned at that particular store. All the associates are great. They all greet you, but she goes above and beyond, and that speaks volumes to me. Thank you.
