Scheduled an appointment for covid testing online. Arrived to the appointment via drive through as per instructions, just for the pharmacist to say “Yeah I don’t know why that’s online. We don’t do covid testing anymore.” She then told me to go to the other CVS in Deltona and that they would do the appointment for me since I already paid. We got there and the pharmacist said “I don’t know why they would say that. I don’t think any CVS does covid testing anymore. You could try the minute clinic.” Checked the minute clinic and it had just closed by a few minutes. Missed the opportunity to even get tested today, missing my breath from doing all this running around while sick, and missing my money from paying for the appointment that I showed up 10 minutes early for due to an employee’s incompetence and misdirection. So yeah, not very happy.

Pharmacy!! Screw my prescription really bad!! Make sure you got the right prescription before you paid cus ones you leave they won’t take back or refund your money!!! Very bad customer service!!!

pharmacy staff in the evening are not helpful, I did not get what I need, not until I called the customer help line to get my request complete. Lack of energy, rude, waiting in line while the place was empty and the two associates are chatting. Horrible experience.

The pharmacist has a very poor attitude at this CVS. This is my second visit needing a prescription and needing to ask a question. I had a simple question if there is a less expensive alternative to the colonoscopy medication that I needed and I got a snarky answer and he even had a chuckle like I was supposed to know. I mentioned that the last time I had a colonoscopy I bought an over the counter liquid and he told me there are different prescriptions they are not for the same thing, I need a different prescription. The clerk at the register was very nice though and the front register clerk ask if I wanted corporates number.

The pharmacy section is absolutely horrible. Everyone in the pharmacy should be retrained. They always aren’t sure what to do and they always sound confused. Some people need their medication to survive. Maybe get people that understand the urgency.Interesting how the pharmacy section saw I was the last person in line and suddenly wanted to rush to go to lunch. They saw me waiting. Instead of announcing they are going to lunch and I could have left they waited until I was next in line. Truly unprofessional people.

I received a text Thursday advising me that my RX was ready for pick up. I prepaid it on Friday and received a confirmation text same day advising it’s been paid and I have 6 days to pick it up. I come today, Saturday and the clerk tells me she can’t find it in the system and then tells me they put it back on the shelf. I ask her why and how as it’s been paid for. She goes to get the pharmacist and the pharmacist is so rude and unprofessional and tells her to tell me that it was not paid for yet. I show her the transaction on my phone from my bank and the text showing the transaction was completed. She proceeds to tell me that CVS doesn’t normally charge before the RX is handed out. She then tells me to call corporate pharmacy to request a refund because they can’t and that they can’t refill it as they are now out of stock on my insulin. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR RX NEEDS. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!!

This is the day I am no longer shopping at this location. Cvs sells money orders from moneygram. But they don't accept their money order in this location. The cashier told me I needed to go to the location where I got the money order from.. remember, I am the receiver. So basically, they wanted me to fly to Massachusetts and go to the cvs there to cash it where the sender sent the money from. Don't make sense. Rude employees. Cvs need to have all locations with the same services.
