Please ask for Nancy, I came from Orange City the guy clearly didn't want to work he told me he couldn't help me because my phone was locked with T-Mobile I came here to this location and confirm the phone is unlocked and I am able to use it with Cricket !!!! I give this location 100stars because the Manager of this location thank for for your services !! Very Friendly and welcoming.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would never again would I go into a cricket they have they coworkers smoking outside highly rude to customers and overrated prices you mine as well go to AT&T or Verizon for the prices they have in this store in top of that the skinny Spanish girl I think she might be African American she is outrageously ignorant and asked me if I buy drugs as well she needs to be fired I will never come to this place again
