The outside of the store is always trashy. When putting your phone number into the touch screen, it has been glitching every time now, it messes up my transactions. The Manager, Kathy Palmer is very rude, and mean to her customers. My b-i-l is 74. He bought a pack of Marlboro 100's. He went out to car, looked in bag, they were regular ones. He immediately went back into store told Kathy she made a mistake, would she please give 100's? She said, NO! Refused him. And told him to get out of her store. She should not be allowed to work with people with that kind of attitude.

Literally the slowest pumps ever. 6 minutes in and barely 2 gallons. Highly recommend avoiding unless you like wasting time! I was at pump 6 maybe it's just that one but I pulled away before my tank was half full.

Tried to use my shell rewards cards on several different days... gas pumps say card cancelled or not valid, tricks you into buy gas at regular price, pumps appear to be rigged, as i dont have any problems at other stores, not an honest place#####

On 02/06/18. Went to get gas, process my transaction at the pump. Still had to walk inside to get a receipt. Explained to the clerk why I needed a receipt was treated with the most disrespect. Told me a flat lie, even pointed at another customer saying they work there and were getting ready to replace the receipt at the pump. Stayed watching for 20 mins. It never happened. No receipt. Wow, I have been coming to this Circle K for over 15 years. I have never been treated here as a piece of dirt. Taking my business elsewhere.
