“Great experience. Convenient, employees very courteous, friendly., efficient. Could not ask for more. Only recommendation is ask renters if anything not understood of vehicle usage. Very difficult for people not familiar wit starting features, wipers, hook up navigation. Would be great Customer Service, and make a lot safer, rather than have to ask at exit booth.”

“I reserved a 15 Passenger van for a road trip to Amarillo, Tx with 8 other family members (4 adults 5 kids). I was hoping to get a newer van to accommodate all the needs. Such as a 12” navigational system that allows Apple CarPlay. When I contacted the store, I spoke to Emma; I explained I need the van a day sooner as well. She said, she would do her best. Our expectations were definitely met! Not only did we get the extra day, we got a brand new 2024 E350 15 passenger with the 12” screen. It definitely accommodated 9 of us and all our luggage. The staff at this location is super friendly and reliable. When I returned the van the female manager (forgot her name) on duty checked me in super fast. Definitely recommend this location for all your vehicle rentals.”
“JESSICA AND ASHTON at the Sanford Florida air port location are AMAZING!! I had so many issues with Avis at this airport and ended up being stranded with my family of 7 and these guys at national so graciously helped me out. I was frantically trying to find a vehicle to fit my family after Avis canceled my rental and were extremely rude about helping me at all. My husband lost track of my 3 year old for just a minute and ended up having the the extremely kind airport security and national rental give some very kind and amazing help. It was a serious God send in such a stressful scary situation. Jessica and Ashton went out of their way to help me find a car that would fit my large family, gave it to me at less then what I would have paid Avis and even helped set me up with a booster for my daughter. They were so very kind and understanding and I was in tears with the generosity and willingness to help in my frantic situation. It is so hard to find people like this that will go out of their way to help and after my experience with Avis I was literally so so grateful for all they did. It was everything I would have asked for and more and I am a lifetime national customer after this experience. I hope these companies recognize that quality employees like this are so worth paying what they’re worth and should be compensated for their amazing customer service!! It is so hard to find this kind of service any more and when I come across it I want to be sure to share. Sorry it took me a bit but for reference this was back on Oct. 14th 2023. “Before arriving to SFB I did do the check in option online. When It got to picking up my rental it was a quick and easy process. I got the car that I wanted, and all three of the staff members at the desk were very nice and pleasant. They were joking around with each other so it was a very fun atmosphere. They wished me well on my trip and made the whole process enjoyable! The car was in great condition, no complaints and there is a key drop off box but I just dropped it off at the desk and they still had a smile on there face and wished me a safe trip back home!”

I payed for a sports car, and ended up getting a luxury instead so I didn’t have to wait. Overall a good experience.”

Our old car was having problems that our mechanic couldn't diagnose, and (even though it wasn't HIS problem) Raj worked REALLY HARD to help us fix it! The rental car was excellent, and Raj and his associates couldn't have been more helpful! Very highly Recommended!”

“Starting the review with saying both Raj and Eric are amazing humans who do try to help. Raj showed me the ropes on how to use the vehicle as I hadn’t driven a fully electric one at this time. They got handed a weird lot and sometimes in retail / customer service industries that can be bigger deal.The car itself, wasn’t my cup of tea -there was a little delay as to which location and just finding charging stations ??♀️Although, the experience was educational and I’d probably never have driven a tesla otherwise.It’s easy to be frustrated, just remember that customer service isn’t for the faint of heart. BE KIND! ☺️?”
