“Would definitely recommend! This is a rare find! I am from California so I didn't know what shop to pick. I picked them because of the number of great reviews they had. Brought my daughter's car to have a rear bumper repaired. Heather was very honest from the beginning about what was needed. Throughout she was very responsive and gave me regular updates as the repair went. They kept receiving damaged OEM parts (tabs broken off) from dealers which created lots of works for them. Sending the damaged parts back and getting new parts in. But she was not going to accept substandard parts. A lessor shop might have just used the part with missing tabs or tried to do some sort of repair to the part to get the car out of their shop and I'd be none the wiser and years later wonder why the bumper is failing again. But she, and others in the shop no doubt, showed integrity, kept me updated, created trust, made me feel my business was their top priority, and made me feel very comfortable with trusting my daughter car with them knowing it was going to be done right. Would 100% use them again! To customers shopping around, please give them a shot! I am thrilled that this level of integrity still exists! Stacey was very pleasant to work with too in allowing me to pay and surprising my daughter so when she showed up to pay, it was already taken care of. Thank you Sanford Paint and Body!”

“On January 28 in the afternoon I was struck by a vehicle in Orange city. My truck was rendered in operable. The Orange City Police Department after their report was Done called Orange City collision to tow my truck to the repair shop in the land. I believe the driver’s name was Craig, he was great when we arrived at the repair shop and started to unload my truck off the flatbed there was a problem with the rear wheel wedged up into the fender from where I got hit. Craig was quickly able to make some adjustments so that my truck could be unloaded. Without further damage, he is truly a master of his craft. He is very knowledgeable as well as personable. He is a credit to your company pay this man, however much he wants!”
“Reasonable with price on parts, fair with price on labor and gets the job done in a timely manner. Also guarantees his work!!! I'm leary now dealing with mechanics after what I've been through since I've gotten my car that has had problems since day 1. I have to say though he is the first mechanic I've had in a LONG time that actually keeps his word! If he says he isnt going to charge you for something, he doesnt try to get around it by charging you for something else to make up for it. He really doesn't. ?

“I have to tell you I mean it’s too much to tell. I had a collision in my Audi 2016 on the highway with a piece of wood five weeks. I was very calm for five weeks well to them and I spoke to Heidi and she is amazing. She explain to me because I I have a Audi. They had to expedite the front bumper. They put the old bumper on and she said, I promise when the new bumper comes in, we will not forget you it’ll be to your satisfaction she was awesome. She calm me down.”

“Just completed a purchase of a new 2024 Acadia from Kaiser. Ritchie Clarke was our salesman. Ritchie went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He was extremely genuine and certainly not your typical car sales guy. Just a fair and honest person.
We also dealt directly with the sales manager, Corey Watkins, during the transaction and Corey was also very genuine, straight forward and fair. When the vehicle we wanted sold before we could get there, he sprung into action and located another vehicle for us.
We looked at Mercedes, BMW, Lincoln, Audi, Chevrolet and Volkswagen. The Acadia was the biggest bang for our buck.
I am often not a fan of car sales people. But Kaiser was more of a hometown small dealership and having grown up in a very small town, I could certainly appreciate their honesty and complete transparency. They also didn't have a "sticker add-on" that included a list of dealer add on's such as paint protector, nitrogen, upholstery protection, etc. Some dealers added this and that amount alone was $2000. NOT AT KAISER. They also had the lowest dealer fee of any dealership we found at $699. One GMC dealership had a dealer fee of over $1000. They were the same that had a $2000 dealer add on fee. That is a total of around $60 added to your car payment. Be smart about who you do business with.”
“Quality family owned business that treats you like part of their family. I had leaks at transmission, rear seal, etc...on my 1965 mustang but not anymore. They addressed all issues in timely manner and the repairs were priced very fairly. I had stripes and engine painting also done on my 2012 mustang. They even researched the specs on the size of the stripes and it's taper from front to back. Best paint job I've ever had. All heads turn when I drive down the road.
