Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. The florist called to get any special requests and ask some clarifying questions. I told the florist to use her best judgment. Well, my mother received the arrangement on her birthday and said they are the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received. I could hear her beaming over the phone.
