Joe was great I had to do a return here because the Autozone on howland would not return my rotors saying they did not have enough money to do a return well I went to this location instead and let me tell you Joe was extremely helpful with the return and was extremely nice. If you have to buy any parts from AutoZone, go here and ask for Joe.
Do not go to Highland the lady there is a complete in total You know what!

Having Claris as a representative to help guide and assist me with getting all I needed, while looking out to see which parts best fit my car, was such a great experience. 10/10 recommend going to AutoZone store 1056. Claris assisted and made it easy, educational, and gave superb professional help.

Went to the Autozone in Deltona for my battery I had to jump start twice. Found out my warranty was still good and Ms Garcia swapped out battery for a new one at no extra cost! WOW! Dream scenario and she was professional and quick!

This used to be my favorite place to buy parts I need for my cars. However, today I was disappointed by how they didn't honor the warranty and refused to fix their mistake, instead blaming it on the system. Prices have spiked! I will never come here again. Several good workers and managers have left, so this store has downgraded.

The other day I need a starter for a truck.
I bring the core and the lady can't find the right one. She acting like she was expend too much time with me and take care other clients. I been a customer with autozone more that 15 years. 5 with this store.
I went to O'Reilly auto parts and the guy expend about 7 minutes and find the right stater for me, cost, s165.
Thank u. When u in business all attentions and time with the Customer.
Mean.. Customer Satisfaction..
