“Had a dead battery on my 2018 Chevy Equinox. Went to 2 other auto places that advertise great service. Bothe refused to replace and change my battery due to the cars computer on top of it. Went to AutoZone. A young man, Nicolas Shumer looked at it and said, I can do this. Their computer said it would take 45 minutes. This employee completed the battery change in less than 5 minutes!! Thats what i call great customer service!! I let the manager know what a great job he did.”
