“Had a dead battery on my 2018 Chevy Equinox. Went to 2 other auto places that advertise great service. Bothe refused to replace and change my battery due to the cars computer on top of it. Went to AutoZone. A young man, Nicolas Shumer looked at it and said, I can do this. Their computer said it would take 45 minutes. This employee completed the battery change in less than 5 minutes!! Thats what i call great customer service!! I let the manager know what a great job he did.”
“Long story short GM Ron and the staff took care of my daughter. About a month ago, my wife had an issue with her battery, it was the 2nd time in two months that she had issues starting her car. My wife walks into this location explains the scenario and the guy there replaces the battery no questions. Fast forward to today, my daughter experiences the same exact starting issues and upon arrival the young lady checks the battery and it checks ok, but clearly something is wrong given the 2 issues in the last month with the exact brand. They check the rest of the car and everything is fine, but again, she's had to get a boost twice in a month. The young lady called the GM but told my daughter there was nothing that could be done. Naturally I'm frustrated so I decide to meet her at the location, while I arrive Ron also arrives, we discuss the scenario and he understands and cares for the situation. Ron was clear, offered solutions and ultimately retained us as customers. We really appreciate what he did.”
“We like to go for a run over there. They have a small fitness park along the fitness trail. Nothing too intense just keeps the joints going for most people. I do that with my son that I like to go to the gym. I need a little bit more resistance”

“Joe was great I had to do a return here because the Autozone on howland would not return my rotors saying they did not have enough money to do a return well I went to this location instead and let me tell you Joe was extremely helpful with the return and was extremely nice. If you have to buy any parts from AutoZone, go here and ask for Joe.
