My car ended up being totaled. It took a few days, but West Delray collision took care of ALL communications with my insurance. Everyone was great, helpful. Special thanks to Krystina, Jada, and Carol. Someone always returned my call the same day. Highly recommend. Much better than the collision center that my insurance wanted me to use.

I brought in my Kia K5 for front damage after a small accident. I was told it would take 1 month but they extended it 4 separate times so it actually took 2 months which was too long for how much damage there was. Each time they would extend they would never keep me updated on the status of the car or would even call to tell me it’d take longer. The communication was so bad and started to feel like I had to keep calling just to remind them. I get that unexpected problems can come up, but at least have a sense of urgency for peoples time and money especially if they’re trying to stay patient about it. Not everyone has rental insurance btw!
After waiting the extra 4 weeks I go to pick up my car and found a dent and a scratch on the TRUNK of my car that was previously untouched before I brought it in. I honestly couldn’t believe that was what I was being handed back after waiting an extra MONTH. I had been gracious up to this point and wanted to let it go and be happy I was getting my car back. But if this didn’t scream “we couldn’t care less about you or your car” idk what does. Either someone damaged the car and ignored it or it was ignored during quality check. I refuse to believe that they weren’t hoping that I wouldn’t notice. If i hadn’t noticed and driven off the premises, it would’ve 100% been my fault which is why it’s not ok and inexcusable. They fixed it and gave it back to me after another 2 days and knocked off some money off of my deductible, but honestly after all of that and not being able to provide me a rental, it was the least they could do.
The car looks new now but after 2 days of driving my car I noticed my splash guard was dragging on the floor, it was almost completely detached. I just had my husband fix it because I’m too defeated at this point to return again and be put in a queue. Safe to say I was disappointed more often than not.

Just a quick note to let everyone know that there is a great body shop called West Delray Collision Center. Thomas and his team are the best of the best. Needing a body shop is usually not a pleasant experience but working with Thomas was a pleasure. He knows this business inside and out. They are a very professional operation with outstanding results. I can't even tell where the damage was. Thank you Thomas and West Delray Collision. Great work.

Crashed my car, the repair took a while because of the manufactures delay but once I got it back it drove nice. I had a fee setback because there was some damage on the car not previously there when I left it. They fixed that damage on them and made it a priority to fix it.

Went here to take a look at my car after an accident. Tommy introduced himself and took a look. Was honest and a super nice guy.i came back a few days later he fixed up some things for me and was reasonable and also quick. Would recommend to anyone.

The team at West Delray Collision Center were world-class. I had to get a repair taken care of on my Tesla and from the minute I entered their location, they were extremely friendly and professional. Krystina, Carol, Jayda, and Milan all worked together in the office to create a plan to repair my vehicle and within 20 minutes after arriving, I was driving out with my vehicle repaired. They are an incredible team and I HIGHLY recommend them!
