Best pharmacy in south Florida ! Always take great care of me and fill my scripts super quick and the staff is very friendly and pleasant to do business with, they will order any meds you need and turn around time is very quick. -Joey the meat guy

I was able to obtain a prescription drug at West Atlantic that has been and continues to be unavailable at all of the chain store pharmacies in the area. They treated me courteously and efficiently, and I had never been there before. And while waiting, I saw how kindly and patiently they treated other customers, including one who was in a very difficult financial situation without insurance — they went way out of their way to help her. These are good people.

My First Time Their as a New Patient and The Staff were very helpful ,patient & great customer.Everytime I called someone answered and was able to answer any questions I had.My prescriptions were ready when promised.I will highly recommend them to anyone!!

I live 45 plus minutes away, but I gladly make the trip because it is the best pharmacy I've ever gone to. The customer service is amazing. West Atlanctic was recommended to me and I recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Nothing but problems from this pharmacy. I have full medical insurance for which I have ZERO co-pay. My doctor sent prescriptions here which I was not made aware of. One day I get a call asking for my credit card number. They said insurance didn't cover the entire amount of the prescriptions, which was odd, but I reluctantly provided my information. 3 days later I went to the pharmacy and discovered they didn't have my insurance information on file. I made sure they had my insurance information on file for the future.Much to my surprise I noticed another charge the other day on my credit card statement. I called to inquire about this. They claimed they called and spoke to me and received the go ahead to refill the prescriptions, which is false. I received a text message that same day with a link to click to authorize refills, which I didn't click on. I told them I never authorized them to fill or refill anything and have no co-pay from my insurance company.They said federal law prohibits them from accepting returns on prescriptions. They said they were delivered to my office, which had orders to refuse delivery.I have never had any issues with other pharmacies. I regularly fill my orders at Publix Pharmacy which bills my insurance company. If there is ever a issue Publix calls me to advise me of the situation and ask if I want to proceed. Most of the time they bill the insurance company without issue.

Great place was greeted with open arms as a new patient they made me feel as if I’ve been coming here for years ! Very comfortable and fast ! Also the Cashier is very nice she does a great job and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable about any medication he will help u with any questions u have , all around great Pharmacy highly recommended!

My prescription was correct,, but it would have been a better experience if the gentleman who waited on me would have put a smile on his face and would have greeted me with “Good morning. How can I help you.?”

No need to look further! I’ve found the BEST pharmacy and team running it! Dr Amy and her amazing staff are the most friendliest, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive group of people I’ve EVER encountered working at a pharmacy!! From my very FIRST visit they wasted no time in helping me. At that time they didn’t have my meds to fill and said they would call me in a couple days to fill them. But by the time I left store and drove about two miles I got a call that my meds were ready at their second location for pick up!! I was blown away!! I’m a lifer and you should too if you want fast service, fair prices, and great people who care about your personal needs and know you by name! Look no further! Thanks Amy and team!!
