Very rude bitter lady Salma, she really don't need to be in customer service. If I could leave a 0 star I would. Very disappointing ? to top it off she refused to finish my transaction while the manager were in fact present. I guess customers don't come first here and I'm very upset. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I started with Wachovia. It's definitely time to switch banks. Unacceptable.

Worst bank ever. We have had checking accounts here for years. Service has always been mediocre. Now, I have a CD maturing. They called a week in advance to let me know it was maturing. They sent a letter saying that I could add, change, and close via online, inperson contact, or call. I tried to get information by calling. The man I spoke with gave me the wrong rate info and said I had to go to the branch to roll over the CD. I went to the branch. They told me someone would help me soon. I waited over an hour, and then the employees went home and didn't help me. I called again to close the account. Even though the names on both the checking and CD accounts are the same, the new guy on the phone said their policy would only allow a transfer to an account in one name. Now they say they're sending me a check. Based on the conversation, I do not know if it is arriving in 3 days or being mailed in 3 days. They wouldn't let me pick it up at the branch. Plus, he also said USPS is still experiencing Covid delays!

W. F. still can't get it right. Too bad they're wasting time redecorating the interior of this branch when they should hire mature professional bankers. I've been a customer at this branch for 5 years w/ two accounts at this bank and also my mom's guardianship acct. This is the second misfire from this bank I had to deal with. I had two W. F. cashiers checks issued by this W. F. bank to be cashed from my deceased mothers closed Guardianship acct. which W. F. closed upon a letter from my guardianship attorney back in May. I told them to deposit the checks into my account to which they replied they couldn't because they have my mothers name on them. They were supposed to have MY name on them per atty. letter. So I had to have a probate atty. petition the court, I finally got a court order for them to cash the checks. (When they initially issued the checks, they titled them as "Estate of" erroneously because my mom did not have an "estate" by legal definition). Forward to July....I took the court order and went back to cash the checks and was told by a young teller they couldn't cash them because of the "Estate" wording and I'd have to "open an Estate acct." (?) I spoke to a manager to explain their mistake to no avail. I had my Probate atty talk to her by phone. This mngr was told by the atty. she's in violation of a court order. Mngr. still didn't care. She made a copy of the court order and told me to come back the next day at 11:00 am which I did. That manager was not there the next day (not surprised) and she had never sent over the court order apparently because the banker I had appt with knew nothing of it. My appt. was with a seemingly young 'banker' who also didn't know what to do even with a court order. He kept getting up and asking another banker questions then faxed the court order to the big office personnel who deals with this. Still no progress after 1 hour! This banker tells me he needs to see a copy of my mothers death certificate?? Mind you THEY closed my mom's guardianship acct. with an Atty. letter in May after her death! I'm 5 min away from this bank, I left it at noon, I'm coming right back and he calls to tell me to come back at 1:00 pm. (in an hour), I told him I was in the lot. Didn't matter. So he left for lunch, returns to the bank where I am waiting. He faxed the death certificate to the office and now on hold with that office again. After almost an hour he is given permission to cash the checks. It is now 2 pm., I hand the teller the checks and they're finally cashed!!! TWO HOURS to cash checks with a COURT ORDER??!!! This bank needs to hire competent mature employees. I also didn't care for the 2 black female bankers laughing as they walked by me while I sat in the cubicle waiting for my banker to return to his desk. I guess this was a big joke to them. Most of this banks employees look barely over high school age. What happened to all of the mid- 40's employees who used to work there? Your lucky if there are 2 bankers and two or three tellers on any day. This tells me this bank may not be a good place to work for. W. F. needs better trained, more professional and mature personnel. At this time I am looking for a more professionally staffed bank to do business with. I'm done here!!!

I just went yesterday and a young man named king was helping me .. king is very helpful, respectful and understanding he has very good customer service I would love to have him on the banker side helping me in the future .

Worst bank ever! Treats the customer line inside the branch like it's social hour, leaving everyone else to wait impatiently. Long on excuses, short on meaningful help. Avoid!

If I could put a zero stars I would. Worst bank ever! Not enough staff so you're in line for a minimum of 15 minutes maybe more but not less. Made an appointment and the customer rep is not there. May. Just change banks!

Absolute garbage customer service teller wasted 20 minutes on the person in front of me only to tell me I could not cash my check. Manager is very rude drive to another location, save your time.

I've been trying to call this Branch for a couple of hours! Boy does that speak volumes about what they think about their customers! I will now close all of my accounts with Wells fargo!
