Jerson Castillo was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! My previous bank had fraud issues and had shut down my card without telling me, so I went to Wells Fargo and Jerson walked me through the whole process of setting up a Wells Fargo account and debit card and was so patient and mindful of my time. I now have an account with Wells Fargo and am happy about it thanks to Jerson!

Terrible branch. Manager and employees have no idea what they are doing. No knowledge and poor service. Bad for the Wells brand. Find another bank.

I stopped at this branch to get a document notarized, waited 20 min as I was told a Rep could help me right after she finishes lunch. Once she came out she told me that if her 2pm appointment didn’t show up than she could help me. Really nobody else was there and it takes 2 min to notarize something. People just don’t want to work!

A teller should not say "mm-hmm" in response to "have a good day", especially when they made the mistake in the first place. When I signed my paperwork, the teller said "your REAL signature, please" in a condescending tone. I DID give my real signature, and they had my passport to prove that fact. As a manager of a local business I deal with hundreds of customers on a daily basis, and would not use such language.I won't give the name of the teller, nor the date of the incident, but this should be noted.

Not the best bank inside, but the few times I’ve done business here the employees were very nice.

No. People, just NO. Unless you like being nickeled & dimed for using your own money in your checking account. When you call to make a simple request about your credit card for a reasonable minimum and lower interest rate so you can actually make a payment on your card, CUS SVC will act as if you are doing something incredibly wrong and treat you like the trash you apparently are. So what if your job is lost to a GLOBAL pandemic. WF hasn't heard of it, I guess. Never mind that zero income equates to zero outgo when your savings is gone. So you're losing your house. Who cares? Not WF. They increase your minimum and raise the interest. Feels like a goal to ruin my credit. Not sure what's in it for them. Maybe they're just bullies who think its funny. Meanwhile, for comparison, my other credit card is bending over backwards to work with me and is happy that I'm trying with good faith payments as they totally get that I am not simply choosing to not pay a bill. I'm closing my WF accounts and moving my second bank up to main accounts. Check out banks that don't charge monthly fees if you lose your direct deposit due to losing your job and then can't maintain a minimum because - shocker! - you actually have to use -now get this- YOUR OWN MONEY.Why would you bank with WF with so many good options that don't charge fees. If you bank with WF, sorry chum, but you are a special kind of stupid. There are banks that are good and don't charge fees. Don't fall for wavier to qualify for free checking for having direct deposit or maintaining a minimum. Sooner or later, you will need that money or will have to change jobs or lose a job and as direct deposit flies away, fees come flying in.Just...No.

Probably one of the first bad reviews that I’ve ever given to a business.I think this location needs to train their employees on the services that Wells Fargo Offers.I went there asking if there was a possibility to transfer my credit card balance from one card to another and the banker said yes you can. He helped me opening a new credit card to transfer the balance from and I found out a month later that this is not possible and that Wells Fargo would never transfer balance from one card to another. This makes sense and I wouldn’t be mad if they would’ve explained that to me before making me open a new account.I am very disappointed with the service I received from this banker.
