BJ in the office is the best, very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and the maintenance staff is friendly and repairs are done quickly. Great place to live.

Experience good until I walked into apartment to find it was not the one I was shown that they said was exactly the same. The apartment that was shown had full upgrades including counter tops. The apartment I am moving into has old white counter tops that are warped. Also paint was chipped around door knobs and under sink cabinets loose not closing. Not close to luxury. Do your diligence and check everything. Disappointed.

Living here at Waters edge has been a great experience since I’ve moved in. But that’s not what makes this place actually shine so bright. It’s the staff that goes above and beyond, shows that they care, and are true professionals.
