I bought into the W+ membership at Walmart in May of 2023 which enabled me to get free delivery from my local Walmart, free shipping, discounts on gas and other nice perks. It cost a little less than $100 a year for membership so I figured it wasn't much to lose if it didn't work out. The gas discount at Murphy is great at 10 cents a gallon. I also was looking forward to getting free delivery from the store every time I needed food. I don't buy any produce there because it's usually bad but I do like their baked goods and refrigerated and frozen foods and it's a breeze ordering on their app. That's when the nice part ends and the trouble begins... I usually place an order of groceries in the area of $150. Then "a shopper" does the shopping and I get a text when the delivery person is leaving the store. 5 minutes later they are at my door dropping it off. Today I ordered my usual GROCERIES and added the tip and they shopped for me and charged my card. I will ONCE AGAIN have to stay on the phone with Walmart Customer Service in another country it seems explaining over and over and over again how I didn't get MY GROCERY ORDER, I received SOMEONE ELSE'S HEALTH AND BEAUTY AID ORDER, along with Walmart boxes, supposedly for packing and moving???? My card is charged, I tipped and I don't have my groceries. Oh I do have a bad case of the RSV virus and really don't need this aggravation from Walmart's inept W+ service. I will post a photo showing what I received instead of FOOD!

Omg I usually HATE going to wallyworld! I actually had to return something today ' omg It would be easy to sell my oldest child on the black market!! One associate and her gear speed was slow and stand still! I do not recommend this soul sucking experience for anyone!

This store is huge! And it was packed with shoppers -- both in the parking lot and inside the store. It took a while to find a parking spot that wasn't too far from the entrance. It's pretty much a standard Walmart. We were only on the grocery side, however. The store was very well stocked. In fact, they were adding additional items to the shelves as we were shopping. And it was fairly neat considering they were so busy. We were able to get exactly what we wanted fairly quickly. We'd looked online and luckily, they did indeed have the items in the store, itself. We browsed a few other aisles while we were there as well just to see if they had anything else we needed. The longest bit of our visit was checking out. We like to use the manned There was a group buying a lot of stuff for an event ahead of us. It's not a store we would normally go to shop, but if in the area, we would return.

Great supermarket and craft store. Garden center, party items, groceries, Eye Doctor's and quest labs located inside. Very convenient.

Love this place! items always nice and fresh. I always find what I am looking for. From personal items to my daily grocery shopping this is the place to be! Good customer service.

Although I shop here from time to time this place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ever!!! It's like the walking dead. Ask where is something located and they will just look at you and point, ask about a product they say it's not there department. I've even asked to talk to a manager and they just shrug their shoulders and point. god forbid if you should ever have to call and get any information, no matter which option you select it'll ring and ring and ring and ring............... Go in sometime and call, you will see how many employees are just walking around like zombies but No-one will bother to answer the phones . TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING This place is the worst!!

I like the low prices at Walmart, I was in the area and I was running low on rice, so I went to see what options they had...now after the pandemic the price of Jasmine rice has gone up to more than $1/lb for the large bags. They used to run around $0.5-0.6/lb for the large bags.. Some of the non-Jasmine varieties were cheaper, but that's not really what I was looking for. I know this is not a Walmart issue since all the store have gone up in prices since the pandemic. They did have a selection of different brands of Jasmine rice as well as other rice types. I usually use the self checkout lanes, so I don't have to deal with slow customer service or employees that might not be happy with their jobs...I just bypass that.

Beware: When ordering online for curbside pickup at the Delray Super Center in Florida. Make sure you check your items. Six of $200 dollars of items were missing. While Walmart customer service provided a credit they now have use of my money while I'm waiting for the credit to post to my credit card account. Be sure to complain if this happens to you. I'm not blaming the person who brought the items out, it obviously their system.

I would give them a zero star review if possible.Seriously poorly run store. It is always dirty and I was somewhat tolerant until recently. Customer service closes at 8:00 pm and after that nobody wants to help you with an issue. The have no cashiers on duty for the last 2 hours at least and will refuse to open one up to help a customer with a large order. When you ask people politely for help they rudely say I can't help you. My advice is go shop at one of the other local stores not at this one as it is a cesspool of a store that is run poorly.

Well what a crazy place to visit. Most of the time this place is so busy and finding help is nearly impossible. But if you know what you want and you have the grace of god guiding you and your patience tank is full it's a good place to come. They have a large variety of stuff and mostly decent prizes. They also have some odd things you cannot find elsewhere. The downside to this place is the large self check out counter area. I'm not a fan of this whole do it yourself checkout. I love meeting people and having someone to help you check out and make sure you found all you wanted is pretty cool. So I always go back out through the far north end to a very happy girl and a nice door guy. Oh and don't come here if there is panic of a hurricane cause it's just too much. Lol. Have a blast and take your time here

Worst pick up ever. Waited over 20 minutes and there was only me and another car! Tried calling but nobody answers the phone! Had picked up at Coconut Creek, Boca and Boynton many times without any problems.

This place is terrible. Customer service doesn't exist here. You cannot return items from a different Walmart even with the receipt.

I'd give this Walmart no stars but it's not an option! The women employees at the registers are the rudest and so unhelpful.... I get the impression they do not like white people .... Such bad attitudes.. will not be going back that's for sure and i do not recommend going here....
