This PHARMACY have the WORST customer services! Long lines, long wait! Take forever to have my husband prescription ready! 3 days ?! When they told us to be ready next day . They need to change the people who works there.(PHARMACY ) Before it was good employees and good customer services but NOT ANYMORE! RUDE!

Avoid this store at all costs! The guy Patrick in Pharmacy is the rudest most horrible employee ever. I was waiting behind the red line for him to assist me and decided to reach over( a stretch for a 5’1 senior ) and place my very heavy basket on the counter because I could no longer hold it. The minute I did he absolutely lost it, yelling at me as if I was crazy and rudely embarrassing before the other clients!! I was nearly in tears! He wouldn’t listen to me when I tried to tell him I needed to put the basket down and even accused me of “ throwing it”????This is one sick cookie and he should not be in the employ of any store dealing with older customers. He displays no empathy or understanding and only knows how to yell… I took this to corporate. Do not patronize this site!!!! No stars in reality

Very rude, and aggressive. Tried three times to check on a refill, and the assist hung up on me three times. First told me that no refill, then when I called drs office they called in and told me there were 6 refills. I called Walgreens back, and same guy told me I asked if refill called in that morning, and it wasn’t. Was called in a month ago, then hung up. I called back to see if it was going to ready today, and he told me I wasn’t listening to him and that it was in process. I asked for his name, and he said I did not need to know his name and hung on me for the third time. I called main number to get hold of pharmacist or Manager, and of course got same guy, who would not put me thru to Pharmacist. This time I hung up. I am switching to Walmart Pharmacy.

Called to check if refill on thyroid meds pharmacist kept me on hold for 30Minutes with “one caller ahead” , I drive there not a single person in line, or being taken care of, phones ringing off the hook. Guy doing nothing related to customer service. This place is a joke and extremely unprofessional.

I have a script my insurance doesn't cover i know i use a savings card everytime they stop and won't fill until i call even then i have to come in give them # and then wait sometimes 2hrs to fill wish my old pharmacy would take my insurance or savings card apex takes care of customer
